RESUMEN
This article aims to review research updates and progress on the nutritional significance of the amides I and II, the alpha-helix and beta-sheet ratios, the microbial protein synthesis, and the steam pressure toasting condition in food and feed with globar and synchrotron molecular microspectroscopic techniques plus chemometrics (both univariate and multivariate techniques). The review focused on (I) impact of the amides I and II, and the alpha-helix and beta-sheet-structure ratios in food and feeds; (II) Current research progress and update in synchrotron technique and application in feed and food molecular structure studies that are associated with nutrition delivery; (III) Impact of thermal processing- steam pressure toasting condition on feed and food; (IV). Impact of the microbial protein synthesis and methodology on feed and food; and (V). Impact on performance and production of ruminants with Faba beans.
RESUMEN
INTRODUÇÃO: O desempenho organizacional é muito importante e este deve estar relacionado a resultados em todos os sentidos, principalmente o resultado econômico. Para uma organização da área da saúde, um hospital, isso também deve ser uma realidade. OBJETIVO: Analisar a gestão de dois hospitais na região metropolitana de São Paulo, estudando a aplicação dos conceitos: estratégia, estrutura e competências organizacionais e os relacionar com o conceito e com o resultado financeiro desses hospitais. METODOLOGIA:Pesquisa de campo quantitativo-qualitativa, descritiva de corte transversal. Foram analisados fatos e fenômenos ocorridos no processo de gestão desses hospitais por meio de publicações em revistas e sites das instituições pesquisadas, e entrevista estruturada, onde se procurou a validação dos dados e percepção dos principais executivos sobre o tema estudado. RESULTADOS: Para os dois hospitais foram feitos indicadores relacionados a competência organizacional e ao resultado financeiro e foi possível estabelecer uma correlação e estabelecer uma comparação. CONCLUSÃO: Um maior o alinhamento, concorrência e consistência entre as estratégias, estruturas e competências, ocasionará um melhor desempenho financeiro do hospital.
INTRODUCTION: Organizational performance is very important and this should be related to mainly economic results. For a healthcare organization, an hospital, it should also be a reality. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the management of two hospitals in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, studying the application of the strategy concepts, structure and organizational skills and relate them with the financial result. METHODOLOGY: Survey of quantitative-qualitative, descriptive cross-sectional . Facts and phenomena occurring in the process of managing these hospitals through publications in magazines and websites of the institutions surveyed, and structured interview, considering the validation of data and perceptions of CEOs on the topic studied. RESULTS: For both hospitals were developed indicators related to organizational competence and to the financial results in order to stablish correlation and a comparison between them. CONCLUSION: A better alignment and consistency competition between the strategies, structures and skills, will cause a bigger financial performance of the hospital
