RESUMEN

Background: COVID-19, as a significant public health issue, has had a major impact on the mental health of people worldwide. Research shows a significant positive correlation between individuals' risk perception levels and negative emotions during the outbreak of COVID-19. However, some studies also suggest that the relationship between the two is not significant. Therefore, we will conduct a meta-analysis to explore the relationship between risk perception and negative emotions from cultural, temporal, and individual psychological perspectives. Methods: Searches were conducted in the Web of Science, Pub Med, Google Scholar, PsycINFO, Scopus, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases, focusing on publications from January 2020 onwards, specifically targeting studies examining the relationship between risk perception and negative emotion during COVID-19. Results: A total of 58 papers with 85 effect sizes were meta-analyzed using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 software, with a combined sample of 83,948 individuals. Risk perception of COVID-19 showed a moderate positive correlation with negative emotions (r = 0.211, 95%CI [0.18, 0.24]). There was no moderating effect of tight-loose cultures on the relationship between risk perception of COVID-19 and negative emotions. However, the epidemic period, gender ratio, and measurement methods did have moderating effects on the relationship between risk perception of COVID-19 and negative emotions. Conclusion: In future research, we can further develop theories related to the risk perception of COVID-19 and negative emotions, and based on these, formulate interventions to promote people's mental health.

RESUMEN

In recent years, "cultural tightness-looseness" refers to the strength of social norms and tolerance for deviant behaviors perceived by individuals in society, and team cultural tightness applied at the organizational level represents the strength of team norms. According to the cultural tightness-looseness theory, this study explores the influence of team cultural tightness on employee creative behavior, as well as the moderating role of transformational leadership and the mediating role of work engagement. A questionnaire method was used to survey five enterprise organizations in China through three stages, and 288 paired questionnaires were finally obtained from leaders and employees. The results found that team cultural tightness has a significant negative effect on employee creative behavior through the mediating effect of work engagement. In other words, the more the team culture in the workplace tends to be loose, the more it stimulates employee work engagement, which in turn promotes employee creative behavior. In addition, transformational leadership played a significant positive moderating role in the model. Under the influence of transformational leadership style, the negative impact of team cultural tightness on employee work engagement and creative behavior can be mitigated. The study enriches the understanding of the influence and action mechanism of the cultural tightness-looseness theory on employee creative behavior. In future research, the action mechanism of team cultural tightness interacting with different leadership styles to influence employee creative behavior will be explored more deeply.

RESUMEN

Developing plasmonic metal-based photocatalysts can improve the photoelectrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and overcome the limitations of semiconductor-based photocatalysts. A MoS2@Ag-Cu foam composite electrode was fabricated on a copper foam and employed for photoelectrocatalytic HER. The optical behavior and photoelectrocatalytic HER test results indicate that the surface plasmon resonance effect of copper and silver is the primary source of light absorption. Additionally, molybdenum sulfide was employed as a hot-electron trap to capture the energetic electrons generated from copper and silver, thereby promoting the hydrogen evolution reaction. Its binder-free electrode exhibits the better HER performance and excellent stability. Low-cost plasmonic metals, copper and silver, were used as the source of photocatalysis, providing a novel perspective for enhancing photoelectrocatalytic HER performance.

RESUMEN

Fluxional Wankel motor molecules have received considerable attention in recent years in both chemistry and nanoscience. Based on extensive first-principles theory calculations, we present herein the smallest neutral quasi-planar alkaline-earth metal-doped Wankel motor complex Cs BeB12 (BeB2@B10), which is isovalent with C2v B+13 (B3@B10+). The global minimum (GM) Cs BeB12 (1) and transition state (TS) Cs BeB12 (2) correspond to the C2v TS (4) and C2v GM (3) of B+13, respectively. Molecular dynamics simulations show that, with ten equivalent GMs and ten equivalent TSs intervals, the B10 outer ring in BeB12 (1/2) overcomes the rotational energy barrier to rotate almost freely around the BeB2 triangular core above 800 K in a rotation angle of 36° in each step. Detailed bonding analyses indicate that, in addition to the ten localized periphery B-B bonds, both Cs BeB12 (1) and Cs BeB12 (2) possess three delocalized bonding systems over the molecular framework satisfying the (4n+2) Hückel rule, making the neutral complex 2σ + π triply aromatic in nature and highly stable in thermodynamics.

RESUMEN

As supercapacitor electrode materials, their structures, including specific surface area, instability, and interconnection, determine the electrochemical performances (specific capacitance, cycle stability, and rate performance). In this study, 1T-MoS2 nanosheets were self-assembled into nanoflowers via a one-pot facile hydrothermal reaction. The nanoflowers retain the excellent electrical conductive performance and the feature of inherent high specific surface area of the nanosheets. For the sheets are interconnected to each other in flower structure, the structure is more stable and the charges are more easily transferred. Thus, compared to the nanosheet electrode, the nanoflower electrode shows the remarkable advantage when used as the electrode of the energy-storage device, whether it is 1T phase or 2H phase in KCl or in KOH. When measured at 0.5 A g-1 in KOH electrolyte, the MoS2 nanoflower electrode exhibits a high specific capacitance of 1120 F g-1. At the same time, when cycling 2000 times at a current density of 10 A g-1, the capacitance retention ratio can reach up to 96%.

RESUMEN

It is well-known that in neutral and acidic aqueous electrolytes, MoS2 monolayers can store charges by adsorption of cations on to the electrode-electrolyte interface as its analog of graphene. Restricted by its low conductivity and the charge storage mechanism, the electrochemical performance of MoS2 monolayer supercapacitor electrode is not satisfactory. It is reported here that water bilayers absorbed on MoS2 monolayers can be involved in charge storage. One proton of each absorbed water molecule can intercalate/de-intercalate the water bilayers during charging/discharging in the alkaline aqueous electrolyte. For two water molecules are present for every Mo atom, the water bilayers can endow MoS2 monolayers an ultrahigh specific capacitance. In this paper, 1T phase MoS2 nanosheets with three monolayers were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. It presents a specific capacitance of 1120 F g-1 at a current density of 0.5 A g-1 in KOH. As it is assembled with active carbon into a hybrid supercapacitor, the device has an energy density of 31.64 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 425 W kg-1, and gets a specific capacitance retention of 95.4% after 10,000 cycles at 2 A g-1.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of the nutritional education and dietary intervention on nutritional status and bone mineral density (BMD) of middle-aged and senile patients with osteoporosis. METHODS: Ninty middle-aged and senile osteoporosis patients were enrolled. They were randomly divided into two groups (intervention and control group) with 45 cases each. The control group was received conventional therapy and the intervention group added with nutritional education and dietary intervention for six months on the basis of conventional therapy. The methods of education and intervention included seminars, brochures distribution, dietary survey and individual guidance. The nutritional status and BMD were analyzed at the beginning and the end of the intervention respectively. RESULTS: After the intervention, the ratios of subjects whose intake of grain, vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk and beans in line with recommended intake of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, frequencies of coarse grain, dairy, beans and seafood consumption of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the daily intakes of protein, VA, VC, calcium, zinc, magnesium, dietary fiber of the intervention group were significantly superior to the control group (P < 0.05). BMDs of lumbar spine and femoral neck in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The nutritional education and dietary intervention could promote middle-aged and senile patients' reasonable diet, improve their nutritional status, enhance bone mineral density and improve the effect of conventional therapy for osteoporosis.

RESUMEN

The aim of this study was to establishment of known HPA genotype platelet donor data base and carry out the platelet antigen gene typing and matching in the platelet transfusion so as to prevent the production of the antibody and to avoid the platelet transfusion refractoriness. HPA of the donors and the patients were genotyped by PCR-SSP. The platelet transfusion with the same ABO type and HPA genotypes as the patient was selected and infused if the solid-phase agglutination matching was consistent. The results showed that the distribution of HPA types in Chinese Mudanjiang area had its own characteristics. HPA-15 had the greatest heterozygosity, and then HPA-3. The effective rate was 94.4% if both the HPA types and the ABO types were coincident while the effective rate was 77.8% when only ABO types were coincident. It is concluded that the distribution of HPA types in Chinese Mudanjiang area presents genetic polymorphism. The platelet transfusion with genetic typing and matching of both HPA and ABO types is an effective way to avoid production of the antibody and platelet transfusion refractoriness.

RESUMEN

This study was aimed to explore the distribution characteristics of the human platelet antigen (HPA) gene of human platelet donors and its polymorphism in Mudanjiang area of Heilongjiang Province in China, to determine platelet antigen system with clinical significance by judging the rate of incompatibility of HPA, as well as to establish a database of donors' HPA. The genotyping of 154 unrelated platelet donors was performed by means of PCR-SSP. The frequencies of gene and genotype were calculated and compared with that in other areas. The results showed that the genes 1a-17a of HPA-a were all expressed in the 154 healthy and unrelated platelet donors. Only genes 1b, 2b, 3b, 5b, 6b and 15b of HPA-b were expressed while genes 4b, 7b-14b, 16b were not expressed. Among the genotypes, aa homozygosity was predominant and HPA15 had the greatest heterozygosity, while HPA3 had lower heterozygosity. There were 23 combined types of HPA, 5 of them had a rate higher than 10%, and the frequencies of the other 18 were lower than 8%. HPA genotype frequencies showed a good consistency to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. It is concluded that the distribution of the allele polymorphism of HPA1-HPA17 in Mudanjiang area has its own characteristics, compared with other areas and some countries, the local HPA genotype database of platelet donors is established in Mudanjiang area, which can provide the matching donors for clinical use with immunological significance.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To study the influence factors of vitamin B1, vitamin B2 losses in vegetables during cooking. METHODS: 12 types of fresh vegetables were selected and cooked by different cooking process, including roast, braise, fry, steam, scald and salt curing. vitamin B1 and vitaminB2 contents in raw and cooked samples were analysed respectively by GB/T 5009.84--2003 and GB/T 5009.85--2003 fluorometry. At the same time, weights of vegetables before and after cooking were recorded. Then CY and RF were calculated. RESULTS: The results showed that the retention rate in leguminous vegetables was 66%-75% for vitamin B1 and 85%-190% for vitamin B. Scalding could cause bigger loss of vitamin B1 in leafy vegetables and root vegetables, RF was about 50. The values of vitamin B2 RF in leafy vegetables for roasting was bettering than for scalding. For vitamin B2, the retention rate in root and cucurbitaceous vegetables was about 77-79. CONCLUSION: Vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 retention factors of roasting and steaming are more than that of frying and scalding. Temperature, time and variety of vegetable are the important influence factors of vitamin retention factors.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To review the changes in immune function and incidence of infectious diseases in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia (IDA), especially marginalde-ficiency of iron. METHODS: T lymphocyte subsets level (CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+), nature kill cells activity (CD16), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and serum IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 were determined in 3 different wormen groups, including 69 IDA pregnant women who were diagnosed by Hemoglobin, concentrations of free erythocyte porphrin and serum ferritin from 280 pregnant women during 30-38weeka of gestation, 52 random sampling normal pregnant women and 50 no pregnant women examined before marriage. RESULTS: The prevalenoe of IDA for pregnant women is 24.6%. The average concentration of Hb for pregnant women of IDA is 102.00(6.00 g/L The level of CD3+ and CD4+ cells, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ cells, serum IL-2 as well as IgG levels in the pregnant women were significantly lower than that of those normal pregnant women (P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.01). With the decreasing extent of Hb, these significant immunological indices of pregnant women will degrease. The incidence of infectious diseases in IDA pregnant women was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: There are significantly effects of IDA on cellular immune function and infectious disease during pregnancy. The study on effects of IDA during pregnancy on nature kill cells activity (CD16) and incidence of infectious diseases during puerperium should be continued by increasing sample's number.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: In order to assess the safety of genetically modified crops, the anti-nutrients were determined in these novel crops and compared with their parental lines. METHODS: Five kinds of crops (rice, maize, soybean, cottonseed and rapeseed) from domestic and foreign companies were collected and the contents of anti-nutrients for each kind were analyzed. These anti-nutrients include phytate and protease-inhibitors (in rice, maize and soybean), gossypol (in cottonseed), glucosinolates and erucic acids (in rapeseed). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The contents of anti-nutrients in one type of maize, three types of rapeseeds and two types of cottonseeds didn't meet the requirement of "equivalence" in this study, but the finally conclusion should be made after many experimental data in the future.
