RESUMEN

Cerium and cobalt loaded Co-Ce/TiO2 catalyst prepared by impregnation method was investigated for photothermal catalytic toluene oxidation. Based on catalyst characterizations (XPS, EPR and H2-TPR), redox cycle between Co and TiO2 (Co2+ + Ti4+ ↔ Co3+ + Ti3+) results in the formation of Co3+, Ti3+ and oxygen vacancies, which play important roles in toluene catalytic oxidation reaction. The introduction of Ce brings in the dual redox cycles (Co2+ + Ti4+ ↔ Co3+ + Ti3+, Co2+ + Ce4+ ↔ Co3+ + Ce3+), further promoting the elevation of reaction sites amount. Under full spectrum irradiation with light intensity of 580 mW/cm2, Co-Ce/TiO2 catalyst achieved 96% of toluene conversion and 73% of CO2 yield, obviously higher than Co/P25 and Co/TiO2. Co-Ce/TiO2 efficiently maintains 10-hour stability test under water vapor conditions and exhibits better photothermal catalytic performance than counterparts under different wavelengths illumination. Photothermal catalytic reaction displays improved activities compared with thermal catalysis, which is attributed to the promotional effect of light including photocatalysis and light activation of reactive oxygen species.

OBJECTIVES: This study explored the effect of the interaction between intrinsic capacity and social support on the activities of daily living in the older adults. METHODS: A total of 3,124 older adults participated in the study. Data on the assessment of intrinsic capacity as well as activities of daily living (ADL) and social support were collected. The latent growth curve model (LGCM) was used to examine the effect of the interaction between social support and intrinsic capacity on the activities of daily living in the older adults. RESULTS: A total of 3,730 older adults were included at baseline, and 3,124 older adults completed the 4-year follow-up. The ADL score of the older adults showed a significant downward trend with time over 4 years (ß=-0.115, P<0.05). In the elderly population with high intrinsic capacity, the ADL of individuals with low levels of social participation decreased significantly over time (ß=-0.114, P=0.012). In the elderly group with low intrinsic capacity, the ADL of individuals with low levels of social participation (ß=-0.245, P=0.005) and high levels of life care (ß=-0.167, P=0.001) decreased significantly over time. CONCLUSION: This is the first longitudinal study to explore the effects of interactions among intrinsic capacity, social participation and family support on the trajectory of ADL in the older adults from the perspective of the life course. Social participation can effectively improve functional ability of older adults with low intrinsic capacity. Life care is beneficial for maintaining the functional ability of older adults with intact intrinsic capacity, but it accelerates the deterioration of the functional ability of older adults with low intrinsic capacity.

Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a disease characterized by an abnormal metabolism of purine. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) have attracted much attention for their safe and effective treatment of HUA by inhibiting xanthine oxidase (XOD) and regulating gut microbiota. However, the effectiveness of probiotics can be compromised by the harsh environment of the gastrointestinal tract. In preliminary experiments, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum DY1, which is generally regarded as safe (GRAS), can lower uric acid. We have devised a straightforward and efficient technique for encapsulating DY1 using a coating comprising polydopamine (PDA) co-deposited with poly-l-lysine (PLL) to obtain DY1@PDLL. TEM, SEM, FT-IR and DLS tests showed that DY1 was successfully coated. Incubate at SGF or SIF for 3 h, the number of viable bacteria of free probiotics and DY1@PDLL decreased by 0.92 and 0.46 log cfu/mL, 1.66 and 0.66 log cfu/mL, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of the intestines of the DY1@PDLL treated mice was 3.96 times that of free probiotic. Notably, DY1@PDLL can reduce the uric acid levels of HUA mice by 31.63 % and free probiotics by 18.72 % (≈1.69 times). DY1@PDLL could also regulate gut microbiota and serum metabolic profile. These findings unequivocally highlight the remarkable potential of DY1@PDLL as an exceptional oral probiotic delivery system.

BACKGROUND: Maple is an important ornamental plant in China. With the increasing use of maple trees in landscaping, a symptom of shoot dieback has been observed in Henan province, China. RESULTS: In this study, 28 Diaporthe isolates were obtained from symptomatic shoots of maple trees between 2020 and 2023. Phylogenetic analyses based on five loci (ITS, TEF, CAL, HIS and TUB) coupled with morphology of 12 representative isolates identified three known species (D. eres, D. pescicola and D. spinosa) and one new species, namely D. pseudoacerina sp. nov. Koch's postulates confirmed that all these species were pathogenic. Additionally, D. pseudoacerina was able to infect China wingnut (Pterocarya stenoptera), pear (Pyrus sp.), and black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia). This study marks the first report of Diaporthe spinosa and D. pescicola pathogens infecting maple trees. CONCLUSIONS: These findings enhance the existing knowledge of the taxonomy and host diversity of Diaporthe species as, while also providing valuable information for managing of maple shoot dieback in Henan Province, China.

Objectives: The prevention and control of dengue fever (DF) has been a major public health issue in Guangdong (GD) province, China. This study aims to analyze the return period (RP) and the return level (RL) of DF epidemic in GD, to help the formulation of prevention and control plan. Methods: Three models, namely Lognormal distribution (Lognor D.), normal distribution (Norm D.), and generalized logistic distribution (GLD) were selected to fit the annual number of indigenous DF cases in GD from 1978 to 2021. The coefficient of determination (R2), the root mean squared error (RMSE), and the Akaike information criterion (AIC) were used to evaluate the goodness of fit. We predicted the RP of 45130 historical maximum cases that occurred in 2014 and the RP of 4884 peak cases that occurred in 2019 over the 5 years up to 2021. Results: Fitting through the three models, the R2 was 0.98, 0.98, and 0.96, respectively. The predicted RLs of the annual DF case number were between 297 and 43234, 297 and 43233, 362 and 41868 for the RPs of 2-45 years. The predicted RPs of DF outbreaks exceeding the historical maximum were 43, 43, and 44 years, and the RPs of DF epidemic exceeding the peak in 2019 were 7, 7, and 8 years, respectively. Therefore, we predicted that GD would experience a DF outbreak beyond the historical maximum in the next 35 or 36 years from 2022. And in the next 4 or 5 years from 2022, there would be a DF epidemic exceeding the peak in 2019. Conclusions: The study discloses a temporal periodicity inherent to the DF epidemic in GD. The three models are applicable for forecasting and evaluating the RP and RL of DF epidemic in GD, separately.

Objective: Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is increasingly being used as a potential prognostic biomarker in cancer patients. We aimed to assess the prognostic value of ctDNA in different subtypes of breast cancer patients throughout the whole treatment cycle. Materials and methods: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and clinical trials.gov databases were searched from January 2016 to May 2022. The following search terms were used: ctDNA OR circulating tumor DNA AND breast cancer OR breast carcinoma. Only studies written in English were included. The following pre-specified criteria should be met for inclusion: (i) original articles, conference abstracts, etc.; (ii) patients with breast cancer; (iii) ctDNA measurement; and (iv) clinical outcome data such as recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS). The random-effects model was preferred considering the potential heterogeneity across studies. The main outcomes are ctDNA detection rate and postoperative long-term outcomes (RFS and OS). Results: A total of 24 studies were screened. At every measurement time, the ctDNA detection rate of the HR+ subgroup was similar to that of the HR- subgroup (P = 0.075; P = 0.458; P = 0.744; and P = 0.578), and the ctDNA detection rate of the HER2+ subgroup was similar to that of the HER2- subgroup (P = 0.805; P = 0.271; P = 0.807; and P = 0.703). In the HR+ subgroup, RFS and OS of ctDNA positive patients were similar to those of ctDNA negative patients (P = 0.589 and P = 0.110), while RFS and OS of the ctDNA positive group was significantly shorter than those of the ctDNA negative patients in the HR- subgroup (HR = 4.03, P < 0.001; HR = 3.21, P < 0.001). According to HER grouping, the results were the same as above. In the triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) subgroup, the RFS and OS of ctDNA-positive patients was significantly shorter than of the ctDNA negative patients before and after surgery. Conclusions: ctDNA was more predictive of recurrence-free survival and overall survival in the HR- subgroup than in the HR+ subgroup, and the same result was showed in the HER2- subgroup vs. HER2+ subgroup. The prognosis of the TNBC subtype is closely related to ctDNA before and after surgery.

The planarian Schmidtea mediterranea is being studied as a model species for regeneration, but the assembly of planarian genomes remains challenging. Here, we report a high-quality haplotype-phased, chromosome-scale genome assembly of the sexual S2 strain of S. mediterranea and high-quality chromosome-scale assemblies of its three close relatives, S. polychroa, S. nova, and S. lugubris. Using hybrid gene annotations and optimized ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq protocols for regulatory element annotation, we provide valuable genome resources for the planarian research community and a first comparative perspective on planarian genome evolution. Our analyses reveal substantial divergence in protein-coding sequences and regulatory regions but considerable conservation within promoter and enhancer annotations. We also find frequent retrotransposon-associated chromosomal inversions and interchromosomal translocations within the genus Schmidtea and, remarkably, independent and nearly complete losses of ancestral metazoan synteny in Schmidtea and two other flatworm groups. Overall, our results suggest that platyhelminth genomes can evolve without syntenic constraints.

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in detecting pathogens from joint infection (JI) synovial fluid (SF) samples with previous antibiotic exposure. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2022, 59 cases with suspected JI were enrolled. All cases had antibiotic exposure within 2 weeks before sample collection. mNGS and conventional culture were performed on SF samples. JI was diagnosed based on history and clinical symptoms in conjunction with MSIS criteria. The diagnostic values, including sensitivity, specificity, positive/negative predictive values (PPV/NPV), and accuracy, were in comparison with mNGS and culture. Results: There were 47 of the 59 cases diagnosed with JI, while the remaining 12 were diagnosed with non-infectious diseases. The sensitivity of mNGS was 68.1%, which was significantly higher than that of culture (25.5%, p<0.01). The accuracy of mNGS was significantly higher at 71.2% compared to the culture at 39.0% (p <0.01). Eleven pathogenic strains were detected by mNGS but not by microbiological culture, which included Staphylococcus lugdunensis, Staphylococcus cohnii, Finegoldia magna, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus saprophytics, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter pittii, Brucella ovis, andCoxiella burnetii. Antibiotic therapy was adjusted based on the mNGS results in 32 (68.1%) patients, including 12 (25.5%) and 20 (42.6%) patients, in whom treatment was upgraded and changed, respectively. All JI patients underwent surgery and received subsequent antibiotic therapy. They were followed up for an average of 23 months (20-27 months), and the success rate of treatment was 89.4%. Out of the 33 patients who had positive results for pathogens, reoperation was performed in 1 case (3.03%), while out of the 14 cases with negative results for both mNGS and cultures, reoperation was performed in 4 cases (28.6%). Conclusions: mNGS has advantages over conventional culture in detecting pathogens in SF samples from JI patients previously treated with antibiotics, potentially improving clinical outcomes.

BACKGROUND: Every hospital manager aims to build harmonious, mutually beneficial, and steady-state departments. Therefore, it is important to explore a hospital department development assessment model based on objective hospital data. OBJECTIVE: This study aims to use a novel machine learning algorithm to identify key evaluation indexes for hospital departments, offering insights for strategic planning and resource allocation in hospital management. METHODS: Data related to the development of a hospital department over the past 3 years were extracted from various hospital information systems. The resulting data set was mined using neural machine algorithms to assess the possible role of hospital departments in the development of a hospital. A questionnaire was used to consult senior experts familiar with the hospital to assess the actual work in each hospital department and the impact of each department's development on overall hospital discipline. We used the results from this questionnaire to verify the accuracy of the departmental risk scores calculated by the machine learning algorithm. RESULTS: Deep machine learning was performed and modeled on the hospital system training data set. The model successfully leveraged the hospital's training data set to learn, predict, and evaluate the working and development of hospital departments. A comparison of the questionnaire results with the risk ranking set from the departments machine learning algorithm using the cosine similarity algorithm and Pearson correlation analysis showed a good match. This indicates that the department development assessment model and risk score based on the objective data of hospital systems are relatively accurate and objective. CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrated that our machine learning algorithm provides an accurate and objective assessment model for hospital department development. The strong alignment of the model's risk assessments with expert opinions, validated through statistical analysis, highlights its reliability and potential to guide strategic hospital management decisions.

Objective: Concerns regarding sleep problems in emerging adults and their antecedents, such as problematic smartphone use (PSU), have been growing. This study tested the association between PSU and sleep problems and further investigated the mechanisms of this relationship based on the theory of compensatory health beliefs (CHBs). Methods: This study included 999 participants (74.87% female) in China, aged 17 to 25 years (M = 21.16; standard deviation = 1.60), who voluntarily filled in an anonymous survey. Results: The findings showed positive correlations between sleep problems and PSU, sleep-related CHBs, and bedtime procrastination (rs = .25-.52, p < .001). Furthermore, the positive link between PSU and sleep problems was mediated by bedtime procrastination alone (ß=.21, 95% confidence interval (CI) [.17, .26]) or a serial path of sleep-related CHBs and bedtime procrastination (ß=.04, 95% CI [.02, .05]). Conclusion: This study provides a new perspective to understand the internal mechanism underlying the PSU-sleep problem link. Interventions for sleep disorders ought to consider the theoretical guidelines of the CHBs model to reduce the risk of bedtime procrastination and sleep disorders in emerging adults.

The material with high adsorption capacity and selectivity is essential for recovering rare earth elements (REES) from ammonium (NH4+-N)-rich wastewater. Although the emerging metal-organic framework (MOF) has gained intensive attention in REES recovery, there are scientific difficulties unsolved regarding restricted adsorption capacity and selectivity, hindering its extensive engineering applications. In this work, a diethylenetriamine pentaacetic (DTPA)-modified MOF material (MIL-101(Cr)-NH-DTPA) was prepared through an amidation reaction. The MIL-101(Cr)-NH-DTPA showed enhanced adsorption capacity for La(III) (69.78 mg g-1), Eu(III) (103.01 mg g-1) and Er(III) (83.41 mg g-1). The adsorption isotherm and physical chemistry of materials indicated that the adsorption of REEs with MIL-101(Cr)-NH-DTPA was achieved via complexation instead of electrostatic adsorption. Such complexation reaction was principally governed by -COOH instead of -NH2 or -NO2. Meanwhile, the resulting material remained in its superior activity even after five cycles. Such a constructed adsorbent also exhibited excellent selective adsorption activity for La(III), Eu(III), and Er(III), with removal efficiency reaching 70% in NH4+-N concentrations ranging from 100 to 1500 mg L-1. This work offers underlying guidelines for exploitation an adsorbent for REEs recovery from wastewater.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of early cervical functional exercise (CFE) on clinical outcomes and safety of patients after anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF). METHODS: Sixty patients who underwent ACDF from September 2019 to September 2020 were analyzed and randomly divided into two groups: the CFE group (27 cases) and the usual care (UC) group (33 cases). Then, all patients in the two groups received routine postoperative guidance care at the same time. Besides, the patients of the CFE group underwent a cervical functional exercise program after on the third day after ACDF. The evaluation was conducted preoperatively and at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after surgery. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Neck Disability Index (NDI) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores (JOA) were used to assess clinical outcomes and the safety was confirmed with routine postoperative radiological visits to ensure intervertebral stability. RESULTS: The CFE group reported lower neck pain scores on VAS at 1 month after surgery (P = 0.02) and higher postoperative scores by JOA at 1 month and 6 months, neck disability on NDI at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after surgery (P < 0.05) compared to the UC group. For postoperative dysfunction, the CFE group had more significant changes than the UC group at 1 month and 6 months after surgery (P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in cervical curves, fusion rate and fusion status between the two groups, and no revision surgery was recorded although a patient has one screw partially back out in UC group. CONCLUSION: Our study suggested that the cervical functional exercise could decrease cervical pain and improve postoperative function in patients after ACDF. It was a safe and effective treatment for postoperative rehabilitation. The use of a postoperative collar, especially for one or two-level ACDF may not be needed. The difference on inhibitory effects of bioflavonoids inhibiting XOD activity assayed by varying test methods cause of us to be further in consideration. The reported test method creating a micro-environment surrounding XOD in the absence of ⋅O2 -, which is seemly different from the assay in vivo. So, the vitro test method for assaying XOD activity is necessary to be improved for selection of potential inhibitors in the presence of ⋅O2 -. The inhibitory results demonstrated that bioflavonoids of MY, DMY, QUE and LUT are capable to be on effective IC50 values, but others are not. As well, their resulting inhibitions determined by the improved test method are much less than that reported in the literature, indicating that their chemical affinities with XOD become weaker. Moreover, DMY assayed on the inhibitions of XOD in the improved test method performs to be a better inhibitor, as compared to the assay of the reported test methods. Abasing on the transformation of DMY into MY in the presence of ⋅O2 -, the good inhibition of DMY on XOD activity can be explained by the synergistic effect of MY.

Emergent superconductivity at the LaAlO3/KTaO3 interfaces exhibits a mysterious dependence on the KTaO3 crystallographic orientations. Here by soft X-ray angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, we directly resolve the electronic structure of the LaAlO3/KTaO3 interfacial superconductors and the non-superconducting counterpart. We find that the mobile electrons that contribute to the interfacial superconductivity show strong k⊥ dispersion. Comparing the superconducting and non-superconducting interfaces, the quasi-three-dimensional electron gas with over 5.5 nm spatial distribution ubiquitously exists and shows similar orbital occupations. The signature of electron-phonon coupling is observed and intriguingly dependent on the interfacial orientations. Remarkably, the stronger electron-phonon coupling signature correlates with the higher superconducting transition temperature. Our observations help scrutinize the theories on the orientation-dependent superconductivity and offer a plausible and straightforward explanation. The interfacial orientation effect that can modify the electron-phonon coupling strength over several nanometers sheds light on the applications of oxide interfaces in general.

The internal ribosome entry site (IRES) is a cis-regulatory element that can initiate translation in a cap-independent manner. It is often related to cellular processes and many diseases. Thus, identifying the IRES is important for understanding its mechanism and finding potential therapeutic strategies for relevant diseases since identifying IRES elements by experimental method is time-consuming and laborious. Many bioinformatics tools have been developed to predict IRES, but all these tools are based on structure similarity or machine learning algorithms. Here, we introduced a deep learning model named DeepIRES for precisely identifying IRES elements in messenger RNA (mRNA) sequences. DeepIRES is a hybrid model incorporating dilated 1D convolutional neural network blocks, bidirectional gated recurrent units, and self-attention module. Tenfold cross-validation results suggest that DeepIRES can capture deeper relationships between sequence features and prediction results than other baseline models. Further comparison on independent test sets illustrates that DeepIRES has superior and robust prediction capability than other existing methods. Moreover, DeepIRES achieves high accuracy in predicting experimental validated IRESs that are collected in recent studies. With the application of a deep learning interpretable analysis, we discover some potential consensus motifs that are related to IRES activities. In summary, DeepIRES is a reliable tool for IRES prediction and gives insights into the mechanism of IRES elements.

Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) is a common disease associated with aging, and estrogen deficiency is considered to be the main cause of PMO. Recently, however, osteoimmunology has been revealed to be closely related to PMO. On the one hand, estrogen deficiency directly affects the activity of bone cells (osteoblasts, osteoclasts, osteocytes). On the other hand, estrogen deficiency-mediated osteoimmunity also plays a crucial role in bone loss in PMO. In this review, we systematically describe the progress of the mechanisms of bone loss in PMO, estrogen deficiency-mediated osteoimmunity, the differences between PMO patients and postmenopausal populations without osteoporosis, and estrogen deficiency-mediated immune cells (T cells, B cells, macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells, and mast cells) activity. The comprehensive summary of this paper provides a clear knowledge context for future research on the mechanism of PMO bone loss.

We studied the population characteristics of Caragana microphylla and related soil factors across diffe-rent stages of shrub encroachment (i.e., light, moderate, and severe) on the Xilingol Grassland of Inner Mongolia. The results showed that the density and height of C. microphylla gradually increased during the process of grassland shrub-encroachment from light to moderate to severe. The density and height were increased by 196.0% and 34.5% from light to moderate stage of shrub encroachment, and were increased by 25.4% and 17.6% from moderate to severe stage. Crown size, basal diameter, tiller number per clump, and aboveground productivity of C. microphylla tented to decrease first and then increase, while the proportion of aboveground biomass allocation to leaves decreased across the stages of shrub encroachment. The competition between C. microphylla and herbaceous species was strongest in the moderate encroachment stage. C. microphylla reduced its lateral growth (such as crown size, basal diameter, and tiller number per clump) and increased density and height to get competitive advantage. Limi-ting soil factors for C. microphylla varied significantly at different stages of shrub encroachment. In the light encroachment stage, soil factors had little effect on the growth of C. microphylla. In the moderate encroachment stage, soil moisture in the deep layer (20-50 cm) and soil pH were the key factors limiting shrub density. In the severe encroachment stage, soil moisture in the deep layer and pH limited the vertical growth of C. microphylla, while soil moisture of shallow layer (0-20 cm) and nutrients were the limiting factors for the lateral expansion of shrubs.

Multiple plant hormones, including strigolactone (SL), play key roles in regulating flowering time. The Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) DWARF14 (AtD14) receptor perceives SL and recruits F-box protein MORE AXILLARY GROWTH2 (MAX2) and the SUPPRESSOR OF MAX2-LIKE (SMXL) family proteins. These interactions lead to the degradation of the SMXL repressor proteins, thereby regulating shoot branching, leaf shape, and other developmental processes. However, the molecular mechanism by which SL regulates plant flowering remains elusive. Here, we demonstrate that intact strigolactone biosynthesis and signaling pathways are essential for normal flowering in Arabidopsis. Loss-of-function mutants in both SL biosynthesis (max3) and signaling (Atd14 and max2) pathways display earlier flowering, whereas the repressor triple mutant smxl6/7/8 (s678) exhibits the opposite phenotype. Retention of AtD14 in the cytoplasm leads to its inability to repress flowering. Moreover, we show that nuclear-localized AtD14 employs dual strategies to enhance the function of the AP2 transcription factor TARGET OF EAT1 (TOE1). AtD14 directly binds to TOE1 in an SL-dependent manner and stabilizes it. In addition, AtD14-mediated degradation of SMXL7 releases TOE1 from the repressor protein, allowing it to bind to and inhibit the FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) promoter. This results in reduced FT transcription and delayed flowering. In summary, AtD14 perception of SL enables the transcription factor TOE1 to repress flowering, providing insights into hormonal control of plant flowering.

The polyploid genome of cotton has significantly increased the transcript complexity. Recent advances in full-length transcript sequencing are now widely used to characterize the complete landscape of transcriptional events. Such studies in cotton can help us to explore the genetic mechanisms of the cotton seedling growth. Through long-read single-molecule RNA sequencing, this study compared the transcriptomes of three yield contrasting genotypes of upland cotton. Our analysis identified different numbers of spliced isoforms from 31,166, 28,716, and 28,713 genes in SJ48, Z98, and DT8 cotton genotypes, respectively, most of which were novel compared to previous cotton reference transcriptomes, and showed significant differences in the number of exon structures and coding sequence length due to intron retention. Quantification of isoform expression revealed significant differences in expression in the root and leaf of each genotype. An array of key isoform target genes showed protein kinase or phosphorylation functions, and their protein interaction network contained most of the circadian oscillator proteins. Spliced isoforms from the GIGANTEA (GI) protien were differentially regulated in each genotype and might be expected to regulate translational activities, including the sequence and function of target proteins. In addition, these spliced isoforms generate diurnal expression profiles in cotton leaves, which may alter the transcriptional regulatory network of seedling growth. Silencing of the novel spliced GI isoform Gh_A02G0645_N17 significantly affected biomass traits, contributed to variable growth, and increased transcription of the early flowering pathway gene ELF in cotton. Our high-throughput hybrid sequencing results will be useful to dissect functional differences among spliced isoforms in the polyploid cotton genome.
