RESUMEN

Objective @#To explore the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis, and to construct a nomogram model predicting overall of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage.@*Methods @#Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 353 patients diagnosed as rectal cancer, who received the radical rectal resection. The collect- ed data were as follows : age, body mass index (BMI) ,carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA) ,tumor size, histological type,T stage,N stage, tumor location and number of lymph nodes detected, which were used to perform Kaplan- Meier curve and Log-rank test for univariate analysis and Cox regression for multivariate analysis. The nomogram model was established to predict the overall survival of patients. @*Results @#Age≥60 years,Mucinous adenocarcino- ma,poorly differentiation ,T2 stage ,lymph node metastasis ,BMI ≥25 kg / m2 ,CEA ≥5 μg / L and number of lymph nodes detected <12 were associated with overall survival of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage (all P<0. 05) .Cox regression showed that age≥60 years,T2 stage, mucinous adenocarcinoma, lymph node me- tastasis,CEA≥5 μg / L,BMI ≥25 kg / m2 and lymph node detection number <12 were independent risk factors. Based on the above independent risk factors, the nomogram model was constructed, and the predicted curve was in good agreement with the actual survival curve ( C-index = 0. 779) .@*Conclusion @#Age≥60 years,T2 stage,mucin- ous adenocarcinoma, lymph node metastasis,CEA≥5 μg / L,BMI≥25 kg / m2 and the number of lymph nodes de- tected <12 are independent risk factors ,and the nomogram established in this study can effectively predict the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of pidotimod in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia and its effect on immune function. Methods: Totally 85 cases of elderly patients with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:the pidotimod treatment group (43 cases) and the conventional therapy group (42 cases). The conventional therapy group was given moxifloxacin 400 mg·d-1 , ivd, the pidotimod treatment group was additionally with pidotimod oral solutions 800 mg,po,bid, and the treatment course was 10 days. The changes of immune function in the two groups were detected, and the symptoms including fever, cough, asthma, rale and lung spots in X-ray radiation and the symptom duration in the two groups were also compared. Results:After the treatment, the levels of CD4, CD4 / CD8 and NK cells in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treat-ment, the level of CD8 cells and IgA, IgG, IgM expression levels were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0. 05), and the changes in the pidotimod treatment group were much notable than those in the conventional therapy group(P<0. 05). The in-cidence of fever, cough, asthma, rale and lung spots in X-ray radiation in the pidotimod treatment group was lower than that in the con-ventional therapy group(P<0. 01), and the symptom duration was shorter than that in the conventional therapy group(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The mechanisms of pidotimod in the effective treatment of bronchial pneumonia in elderly patients are relative to the im-provement of T cell subsets, NK cells and humoral immunity levels and the enhancement of immunity.

RESUMEN

Cultivation of medical students' clinical practice is an important part of higher medical education. At present, the imbalance of teachers structure and the old and single teaching mode and method etc, have had a great impact on the clinical practice of medical students.Only by strengthening the construction of clinical teachers, establishing access and assessment system of clinical teachers, carring out diverse clinical education reform, such as Problem-Based Learning ( PBL )and Case-Based Learning ( CBL ),etc, and fully mobilizing the initiative of students and enthusiasm for learning to reach teaching and learning complement in virtuous circle.can we truly improve the quality of clinical practice.

RESUMEN

[Objective]To study the inhibitory effect of the extract of Rhizoma Amorphophallus,we set up the Kunming mices which were vaccinated with H22 tumor as experimental model, and explore the possibility mechanism of them.[Method]We adopted the mices vaccinated with H22 tumor as experimental model to observe the influence of different extracts on the antitumor ratio, and the cooperating antitumor effect together with 5-Fu.Using flow cytometry to detect the effect of petroleum ether extract on apoptotic cells.Using immunohistochemical method to observe the influence of this extract to the expression of Survivin and Bax(Bcl-2 associated protein x).[Result]The extract of petroleum ether of Rhizoma Amorphophalli had inhibitory effect of the growth on mice vaccinated with H22 tumor, and the possible mechanism was the downregulation of Survivin expression and upregulation of Bax expression to induce apoptosis of tumor cell.

RESUMEN

[Objective]To study the effect of Qingre Xiaoji Recipe(QRXJR) on cell transmembrane signaling system’s aniso-compositions:VEGF,CD_(44)V_6,MMPs expressions and tumor metastasis. [Methods]VEGF,CD_(44)V_6,MMPs expressions were determined by immunohistochemical method. [Results]VEGF, CD_(44)V_6,MMPs expression in the group treated by QRXJR were significantly lowered, compared with that in the control group, the difference were significant(P

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of ethanol extracts of Panax notoginseng on the tumor and the liver metastasis in experimental mice grafted with B16 melanoma. METHODS: B16 melanoma was transplanted in the spleen of C57BL/6 mice. The effects of different doses of ethanol extracts of Panax notoginseng on the inhibition rate of spleen tumors and the liver metastasis were observed respectively. RESULTS: The high-, medium-, and low-doses of the extracts and the interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) can improve the quality of life of the experimental mice. The weights of spleen tumor were lower in the low- and medium-dose extracts-treated groups and the IFN-alpha-treated group than that in the normal saline (NS)-treated group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The liver metastasis was less in the low- and medium-dose extracts-treated groups and the IFN-alpha-treated group than that in the NS-treated group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The ethanol extracts of Panax notoginseng can improve the quality of life of the experimental mice and inhibit the growth of tumor and the liver metastasis.
