RESUMO
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a psicanálise aplicada à instituição de saúde mental. Buscamos discutir a função do analista no mundo atual e sua relação com as instituições de tratamento da loucura. Como eixo condutor desta discussão, tomamos o conceito de prática entre vários, apresentando considerações sobre a intervenção da psicanálise no campo coletivo. Procuramos discutir a transferência na psicose, a dimensão do saber, a construção do caso clínico visando apontar para a constituição de instituições de saúde mental que apostem na invenção subjetiva e valorizem o discurso do sujeito em sua terapêutica.(AU)
ABSTRACT
The present work has as its objective to discussion the psychoanalysis applied to the institution of mental health. We search to argue the function of the analyst in the current world and its relation with the institutions of the treatment of madness. As a conducting axle of this discussion we take the concept of practical, done by many, presenting considerations on the intervention of the psychoanalysis in the collective field. We look for to argue the transference on the psychosis, the dimension of knowing, the construction of the clinical case to point to the constitution of institutions of mental health that bet on the subjective invention and value of the speech of the citizen in therapeutcis.(AU)
