ABSTRACT
The sinus maxillary is the first which starts its development, and it do this during the third month of the gestation (12th week VIU) through a group of morfogenetics events. Its rhythm growth is too slaw during the fetal life. For some authors the growth of the sinus maxillary depends on the dental pieces, but its proved that its growth is a consequence of the respiratory function. The teeth which have relation with the floor of sinus can be the premolars, the canines or only the three molars. The maxillary (sinusitis) usually presents tooth ache. The infections are able to propagate easily around the sinus frontalis or the cells etmoidalis carlier, the nasal cavity, the teeth and the sinus maxillary.
