RESUMO
O presente trabalho busca refletir sobre a crise do vínculo educativo na atualidade, analisando a implicação das demandas sociais contemporâneas na função docente, bem como na saúde dos profissionais. A partir da análise de três exemplos da relação entre educadores e alunos, sustenta-se a necessidade de um (re)pensar da prática docente. Este repensar pode ser facilitado através da reflexão coletiva entre os profissionais, contribuindo-se assim para a promoção de um bem-estar, que repercutirá nas relações que estes estabelecem com seus alunos cotidianamente. This work is a reflection about the crisis affecting educative bonds in contemporary society. It analysis the implications of increasing social demands on teachers and on their health condition. Based on three examples of teacher/student relationship, it was possible to perceive the need for a rethink of teaching practices, only achieved through reflective moments among teachers which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the bonds they build with their students in the everyday classroom.
