RESUMO
Este relato de experiência se refere a um projeto aplicativo que objetivou apresentar propostas de ações a serem colocadas em prática a partir da implantação e sistematização do Comitê de Prevenção e Posvenção do Suicídio de Maringá-PR, com ações que contemplam as diferentes modalidades de Prevenção do Suicídio:universal, seletiva e indicada. Alguns dos resultados parciais incluem a Elaboração do Plano de Ação do Comitê, Capacitação em Prevenção e Posvenção do Suicídio, Elaboração de Boletim Informativo, atividades no Setembro Amarelo, organização da Rede de Referência para os casos de Comportamento Suicida, organização do Protocolo de Referência e Contra-Referência de Atendimento aos Casos de Comportamento Suicida, monitoramento dos dados epidemiológicos de Maringá, apoio à implantação do CVV, além de outros.Tais resultados são o início de um trabalho que pretende ter um maior alcance, fortalecendo a rede de referência para o cuidado dos usuários com comportamento suicida e seus familiares. This experience report refers to an application project that aimed to present proposals for actions to be put into practice stemming from the implementation and systematization of the Suicide Prevention and Postvention Committee of Maringá-PR, with actions contemplating the different modalities of Suicide Prevention: universal, selective and indicated. Some of the partial results include the Elaboration of the Committee's Action Plan, Training in Suicide Prevention and Postvention, Elaboration of the Information Bulletin, activities in the Yellow September, organization of the Reference Network for Suicide Behavior cases, organization of the Reference and Counter-Reference Protocol for Responding to Cases of Suicidal Behavior, monitoring of the epidemiological data from Maringá, support to the implantation of CVV, among others. These results are the beginning of a work that intends to have a greater reach, strengthening the reference network for the care of users with suicidal behavior, and of their relatives. (AU)
