RESUMO
Resumo Objetivou-se identificar através da revisão integrativa a abordagem sobre a maternidade e maternagem em situação de rua. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados PubMed, BIREME, Medline, e portal de buscas SciELO, em português, inglês e espanhol. A pesquisa foi realizada entre os meses de outubro a dezembro de 2021, seguindo às recomendações do fluxograma Prisma e suporte do software Mendeley, submetidos à análise de conteúdo de Minayo. Foram selecionados 18 artigos. A partir da leitura foi possível identificar duas categorias temáticas: "Maternidade e maternagem nas ruas" e "Principais desafios vivenciados na maternidade e maternagem em situação de rua". Abordar sobre a maternidade e maternagem enquanto um campo de produção de saberes cria-se um tensionamento das construções sociais que não possuem efetivação de direitos por falta de programas e políticas intersetoriais contundentes. Além da estigmatização por uso de substâncias psicoativas como também a estrutura patriarcal atribuída à maternidade. A responsabilidade pelo cuidado acarreta diversas questões que atravessam a maternidade e maternagem nas ruas, são elas: preocupação com a saúde dos filhos, a criação da prole, bem como, o temor pela perda da custódia de seus entes.
Abstract The objective was to identify through integrative review the approach on maternity and motherhood in street situation. This is an integrative review performed in the databases PubMed, BIREME, Medline, and SciELO search portal, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The survey was conducted between October and December 2021, following the recommendations of the Prisma flowchart and support of the Mendeley software, submitted to content analysis by Minayo. Eighteen articles were selected. The reading allowed the identification of two thematic categories: "Maternity and mothering in the streets" and "Main challenges experienced in maternity and mothering in street situation". Address about motherhood and mothering as a field of knowledge production creates a tension of the social constructions that do not have effecting rights for lack of programs and forceful intersectoral policies. In addition to the stigmatization for use of psychoactive substances, as well as the patriarchal structure attributed to motherhood. The responsibility for care entails several issues that cross the motherhood and mothering in the streets, namely: concern with the health of children, the fear of losing custody of their loved ones.

Objetivo: Analisar as implicações dos profissionais da Atenção Primária com vistas ao atendimento em saúde à população em situação de rua utilizando, para isto, o referencial teórico-metodológico da Análise Institucional (AI), na perspectiva da análise no papel. Método: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa. Foram aplicadas entrevistas semiestruturadas a cinco profissionais que atuam em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde, em um município do Piauí. Resultados: Os dados apontam para um entrave ainda presente no imaginário dos profissionais da saúde, que é uma ótica de ações paternalistas e higienistas para a população em situação de rua, embora, indiquem a relevância de um cuidado efetivo, multiprofissional e intersetorial. Identificou-se, ainda, a necessidade de investir em formações permanentes das equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família, discutindo a relevância do atendimento da Pessoa em Situação de Rua na Atenção Primária à Saúde.
Objective: To analyze the implications of Primary Care professionals focusing on the health care for the street population using the theoretical-methodological framework of Institutional Analysis (AI) from the perspective of the role analysis. Method: This is an exploratory, descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were applied with 05 professionals working in a Basic Health Unit in a municipality of Piauí. Results: The data point to an obstacle still present in the health professionals' imaginary, which is a view of paternalistic and hygienist actions for the street population, although they indicate the relevance of effective, multiprofessional, and intersectoral care. The need to invest in permanent training of the Family Health Strategy teams was also identified, discussing the relevance of the assistance to the Person in Street Situation in Primary Health Care.

Analisar as situações de violência estrutural vivenciadas pelas pessoas idosas em situação de rua foi o objetivo deste estudo observacional, transversal, descritivo e qualitativo, que utiliza a análise textual discursiva de Roque Moraes. A amostra foi constituída por 4 mulheres e 15 homens idosos em situação de rua, de Porto Alegre, RS. As situações de violência estrutural descritas foram a fome, o frio, a falta de acesso ao estudo e ao trabalho, dentre outros. Promover acesso aos direitos fundamentais é imprescindível a esta população.
The aim of this observational, transversal, descriptive and qualitative study, which uses Roque Moraes' discursive textual analysis, is to analyze the situations of structural violence experienced by the elderly in a street situation. The sample consisted of 4 women and 15 elderly men in a street situation, in Porto Alegre, RS. The situations of structural violence described were hunger, cold, lack of access to study and work, among others. Promoting access to fundamental rights is essential for this population.
El objetivo de este estudio observacional, transversal, descriptivo y cualitativo, que utiliza el análisis textual discursivo de Roque Moraes, fue analizar las situaciones de violencia estructural experimentadas por los ancianos sin hogar. La muestra consistió en 4 mujeres y 15 hombres sin hogar de edad avanzada, de Porto Alegre, RS. Las situaciones de violencia estructural descritas fueron hambre, frío, falta de acceso al estudio y al trabajo, entre otras.
