ABSTRACT: In this study Pyricularia spp., P. oryzae and the P. oryzae pathotype Triticum (PoT) were detected and identified in leaf segments of forage and invasive grasses located in or next to wheat fields. In 2018 and 2019, 66 samples of lesion leaf segments of Urochloa and other grasses were collected in Londrina (PR), Patos de Minas (MG), and Uberaba (MG). The detection and/or identification of the pathogens on the samples was conducted using moist chamber procedures and with the primers MoT3 and Pot2 by PCR. There were DNA amplification with the primer MoT3 (specific for PoT) for 13 (19.69%) of the samples, all of them from Urochloa. The finding that Urochloa hosts PoT at a relatively high rate raises concerns about the importance which these plants may have on the wheat blast cycle as an alternative host for the pathogen and/or source of inoculum for the disease.

RESUMO: Neste estudo Pyricularia spp., P. oryzae e o patótipo Triticum (PoT) de P. oryzae foram detectados e identificados em segmentos foliares de forrageiras e gramíneas invasoras de lavouras de trigo. Em 2018 e 2019, foram coletadas 66 amostras de segmentos foliares lesionados de Urochloa e outras gramíneas em Londrina (PR), Patos de Minas (MG) e Uberaba (MG). A detecção e/ou identificação dos patógenos nas amostras foi realizada por meio de procedimentos de câmara úmida e com os iniciadores MoT3 e Pot2 por PCR. Houve amplificações de DNA com o primer MoT3 (específico para PoT) em 13 (19,69%) das amostras, todas provenientes da Urochloa. The aim was to determine the relationship between kinematic parameters of boar spermatozoa and fertility rates of sow, as well as to assess the effect of sperm clusters on the fertility capacity of the ejaculate. Semen samples were collected from 11 sexually mature boars. Samples were analyzed by an ISAS®v1 CASA-Mot system for eight kinematic parameters. Ejaculate clusters were characterized using multivariate procedures, such as principal factors (PFs) analysis and clustering methods (the k-means model). Four different ejaculate clusters were identified from two kinematic PFs which involved linear trajectory and velocity. There were differences (p < 0.05) between the sperm kinematic variables by sire line. There was no statistical difference (p > 0.05) between dam lines and ejaculate clusters in fertility variables. The discriminant ability of the different kinematics of sperm variables to predict litter size fertility was analyzed using receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis. Curvilinear velocity (VCL), average path velocity (VAP), amplitude of lateral head displacement (ALH), and beat-cross frequency (BCF) showed significant, albeit limited, predictive capacity for litter size fertility variables (range: 0.55-0.58 area under curve, AUC). The kinematic analysis of the ejaculates in clusters did not have a predictive capacity for litter size variables.

RESUMO

Wheat blast (WB) is a destructive disease in South America and its first outbreak in Bangladesh in 2016 posed a great risk to food security of South Asian countries. A genome wide association study (GWAS) was conducted on a diverse panel of 184 wheat genotypes from South Asia and CIMMYT. Phenotyping was conducted in eight field experiments in Bolivia and Bangladesh and a greenhouse experiment in the United States. Genotypic data included 11,401 SNP markers of the Illumina Infinium 15K BeadChip and four additional STS markers on the 2NS/2AS translocation region. Accessions with stable WB resistance across experiments were identified, which were all 2NS carriers. Nevertheless, a dozen moderately resistant 2AS lines were identified, exhibiting big variation among experiments. Significant marker-trait associations (MTA) were detected on chromosomes 1BS, 2AS, 6BS, and 7BL; but only MTAs on 2AS at the 2NS/2AS translocation region were consistently significant across experiments. The resistant accessions identified in this study could be used in production in South Asian countries as a preemptive strategy to prevent WB outbreak.

RESUMO Este artigo tenta fazer uma aproximação entre o teatro de Valère Novarina e a psicanálise lacaniana através da abordagem do objeto voz. No teatro de Novarina, vemos uma profusão da palavra no intuito de extrair não o seu sentido, mas a sua voz, como um pedaço de corpo que é lançado no espaço cênico. Na psicanálise, a voz desponta não como um veículo ou um instrumento da palavra, mas como aquilo que se subtrai dela na constituição do sujeito e permanece enquanto resto. O resto vocálico é o que retorna à cena, seja no teatro do dramaturgo francês, seja na própria sessão analítica, como um real do corpo que insiste em transmitir algo para além do sentido. Dessa forma, o objeto voz é o pivô dessa aproximação justamente por ser o inexorável do sujeito, a libra de carne que o sujeito perde para se constituir e retorna para o palco da vida numa insistente presença.

ABSTRACT This article attempts to approximate Valère Novarina's theater and Lacanian psychoanalysis by approaching the voice object. In Novarina's theater we see a profusion of the word in order to extract not its meaning but its voice as a part of the body that is thrown into the scenic area. In psychoanalysis, the voice emerges not as a vehicle or instrument of the word, but that which is subtracted from it in the constitution of the subject and remains as remnant. The vowel remnant is what returns to the scene, whether in the theater of the French playwright or in the analytic session itself, as a real body that insists on conveying something beyond meaning. Thus, the voice object is the pivot of this approach precisely because it is the inexorable of the subject, the pound of flesh that the subject loses to be constituted and returns to the stage of life in an insistent presence.

RESUMEN Este artículo intenta aproximarse al teatro de Valère Novarina y al psicoanálisis lacaniano al acercarse al objeto voz. En el teatro de Novarina vemos una profusión de la palabra para extraer no su significado, sino su voz como una pieza de cuerpo que se arroja al espacio escénico. En el psicoanálisis, la voz emerge no como un vehículo o instrumento de la palabra, sino como aquello que se le resta en la constitución del sujeto y permanece como un resto. El resto de las vocales es lo que vuelve a la escena, ya sea en el teatro del dramaturgo francés o en la sesión analítica misma, como un cuerpo real que insiste en transmitir algo más allá del significado. Por lo tanto, el objeto voz es el eje de este enfoque precisamente porque es lo inexorable del sujeto, la libra de carne que el sujeto pierde para constituirse y regresa a la escena de la vida en una presencia insistente.

RÉSUMÉ Cet article tente de rapprocher le théâtre de Valère Novarina et la psychanalyse lacanienne au moyen de l'objet vocal. Dans le théâtre de Novarina, nous voyons une profusion de mots dans le dessein d'extraire non pas son sens mais sa voix, tel un morceau de corps lancé dans l'espace scénique. En psychanalyse, la voix n'émerge pas comme un véhicule ou un instrument de la parole, mais comme ce qui s'en soustrait dans la constitution du sujet et demeure en tant qu'un reste. Le reste vocal est ce qui revient sur la scène, que ce soit sur le théâtre du dramaturge français soit dans la session analytique elle-même, comme un corps réel qui insiste pour transmettre quelque chose qui dépasse le sens. Ainsi, l'objet vocal est le pivot de cette approche, précisément parce qu'il est l'inexorable du sujet, la livre de chair que le sujet perd pour se constituer et revient sur la scène de la vie dans une présence insistante.

A demanda de análise infantil costuma advir, em geral, das formações sintomatológicas produzidas diante das angústias castrativas vivenciadas pelas crianças em face das regras impostas pela cultura - os chamados traumatismos estruturantes, essenciais à constituição psíquica. Não obstante, a autora pretende mostrar ao leitor, através de vinhetas clínicas, que os analistas precisam dar atenção especial àqueles casos em que é preciso lidar com os efeitos dos traumatismos desestruturantes que ocorrem no abuso sexual ou na alienação parental. Essas situações, provocadas por adultos incapazes de controlar seus impulsos, deixam marcas irrepresentáveis inscritas no corpo da criança, e também sequelas irreversíveis em seu narcisismo e em sua autoestima. Tais atuações, por parte daqueles que deveriam se responsabilizar pela proteção da criança, acabam obstaculizando a possibilidade de representação psíquica e os processos de simbolização do aparelho psíquico em formação, implantando assim o risco de a criança cair em um estado de alienação mental.

The strong reactions of children to "structuring trauma" (exogenous factors that, despite interference with the psychic apparatus, are essential to their constitution) create a de-mand for analysis. However, there are "disruptive traumas" that hinder the possibility of psy-chic representation and symbolization processes such as sexual abuse and parental alienation. The former is capable of leaving scars inscribed on the body that cannot be represented and irreversible consequences in the subject's narcissism and self-esteem. However, the war be-tween the parental couple (when involving false accusations of sexual abuse) has the potential for even greater psychic devastation, as it can provoke a double denial" and steal the ambigu-ous meaning of the child's words and imprison them in a single meaning. Thus, the child discovers, with great pain, that language can translate both the truth and the false, causing him or her to lose "trust in oneself " and fall into a state of mental alienation.

Las fuertes reacciones de los niños ante el "trauma estructurante" (factores exógenos que, a pesar de la interferencia con el aparato psíquico, son esenciales para su constitución), crean una demanda de análisis. Sin embargo, existen "traumas destructivos" que obstaculizan la posibilidad de representación psíquica y procesos de simbolización como el abuso sexual y la alienación parental. El primero es capaz de dejar marcas irrepresentables inscritas en el cuerpo y secuelas irreversibles en el narcisismo y la autoestima del sujeto. Sin embargo, la guerra entre la pareja parental (cuando involucra acusaciones falsas de abuso sexual) tiene el potencial de una devastación psíquica aún mayor, ya que además de provocar una "doble negación", puede robar el significado ambiguo de las palabras del niño y las encarcela en la univocidad. Así el niño descubre, con gran dolor, que el lenguaje puede traducir tanto lo verdadero como lo falso, lo que lleva a la pérdida de la seguridad en sí mismo y a un estado de alienación mental.

Les fortes réactions des enfants aux "traumatismes structurants" (des facteurs exogènes qui, malgré leur interférence sur l'appareil psychique, sont essentiels à leur constitution), créent une demande d'analyse. Cependant, il y a des "traumatismes qui déstructurent" tels que les abus sexuels et l'aliénation parentale, lesquels produisent des obstacles à la possibilité de représentations psychiques et aux symbolisations. Le premier est capable de laisser des marques non représentables inscrites sur le corps et des séquelles irréversibles dans le narcissisme et dans l'estime de soi du sujet. Cependant, la guerre entre la paire parentale (lorsqu'elle implique de fausses accusations d'abus sexuel) a un potentiel de dévastation psychique encore plus grand, car outre le fait de provoquer un "double démenti", elle peut dérober le sens ambigu des mots de l'enfant et les incarcérer dans l'univocité. Ainsi, l'enfant découvre, avec beaucoup de douleur, que le langage peut traduire aussi bien le vrai que le faux, ce qui le mène à perdre la "certitude de soi" et à tomber dans un état d'aliénation mentale.

Este artigo, filiado aos estudos da comunicação, aprofunda a hipótese (já apresentada em textos anteriores do autor) de que duas esferas que o discurso do capitalismo globalizado entende como separadas, quais sejam, o negócio do entretenimento e as empresas de tecnologia, constituem um corpo único, a indústria do imaginário. Para essa indústria, o olhar é uma força produtiva, assim como era o trabalho em fases anteriores do capitalismo. Daí a necessidade de uma técnica especializada na extração de olhar e no emprego do olhar para fabricar o que, de passagem, Jacques Lacan, nos anos 1960, chamou de valor de gozo. Assim opera o capitalismo na era da sociedade do espetáculo, em que o capital se encontra "em tal grau de acumulação que se torna imagem" (Debord). A era digital não revogou o espetáculo; ao contrário, potencializou-o numa profusão de signos em que a imagem avança sobre a palavra e, na palavra, a função imaginária fala mais alto que a função simbólica. O triunfo da técnica, antes entendido como a prevalência da razão, impõe-se como o triunfo do capital (espetáculo). O pensamento se recolhe.

This article, together with communication studies, deepens the hypothesis (already presented in previous articles by the same author); of the two sides the globalized capitalism speech understands as separate ones. They are: the entertainment business and the technology companies business, which are one, the industry of the imaginary. For this industry, the vision is a productive force, as the job was in phases previous to capitalism. Therefore, the need for a special technique in the vision and using that to produce what, according to Jacques Lacan, in the 1960s called pleasure principle. That's how capitalism works in the era of Society of Spectacle, when capitalism is found in such an "accumulating level that it becomes image" (Debord). The digital era hasn't eliminated the spectacle; on the contrary, it has made it stronger by abundance of signs that image substitutes words and in words the imaginary means more than the symbolic function. This technique's success, before seen as reason prevalence, is enforced as capital success (spectacle). Ideas are replaced.

Este artículo, asociado a los estudios de la comunicación, profundiza la hipótesis (presentado en textos anteriores del autor) de que dos esferas que el discurso del capitalismo globalizado entiende como separadas, cualesquiera que sean, el negocio del entretenimiento y las empresas de tecnología, constituyen un cuerpo único, la industria de lo imaginario. Para esta industria, la visión es una fuerza productiva, de la misma forma que lo era el trabajo en etapas anteriores del capitalismo. Cet article, affilié aux études de la communication, approfondit l'hypothèse (présentée déjà sur des textes préalables de l'auteur) que deux sphères conçues séparément par le discours du capitalisme mondialisé, à savoir, l'affaire de l'entraînement et les entreprises de technologie, consistent en un corps unique: l'industrie de l'imaginaire. Pour cette industrie, le regard est une force productive, tel que l'était le travail dans les phases antérieures du capitalisme. D'où le besoin d'une technique spécialisé dans l'extraction du regard et dans l'emploie du regard pour fabriquer ce que, dans les années 1960, Jacques Lacan a appelé, en passant, la valeur de jouissance. Ainsi opère le capitalisme dans l'ère de la société du spectacle, où le capital se retrouve "dans un tel degré d'accumulation qu'il devient une image" (Debord). L'ère digitale n'a pas révoqué le spectacle; au contraire, elle l'a potentialisé dans une profusion de signes où l'image avance sur le mot et, dans le mot, la fonction imaginaire parle plus fort que la fonction symbolique. Le triomphe de la technique, que l'on comprenait avant comme la prévalence de la raison, s'impose maintenant comme le triomphe du capital (spectacle). La pensée se recueillit.

Dogs have undergone an intensive artificial selection process ever since the beginning of their relationship with humans. As a consequence, a wide variety of well-defined breeds exist today. Due to the enormous variation in dog phenotypes and the unlikely chance of gene exchange between them, the question arises as to whether they should still be regarded as a single species or, perhaps, they be considered as different taxa that possess different reproductive traits. The aim of this study was therefore to characterize some male reproductive traits, focusing on kinematic characteristics of dog spermatozoa from several breeds. Thirty-seven dogs from the following breeds were used: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Labrador Retriever, Spanish Mastiff, Valencian Rat Hunting Dog, British Bulldog and Chihuahua. Semen samples were obtained via manual stimulation and diluted to a final sperm concentration of 50 million/ml, and they were subsequently analysed by the computer assisted semen analysis (CASA-Mot) ISAS® v1 system. Eight kinematic parameters were evaluated automatically. All parameters showed significant different values among breeds and among individuals within each breed. The fastest sperm cells were those of Staffordshire Bull Terriers and the slowest were recorded in Chihuahuas. The intra-male coefficient of variation (CV) was higher than the inter-male CV for all breeds with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier showing the lowest values. When taking into consideration the cells by animal and breed, discriminant analyses showed a high capability to predict the breed. Cluster analyses showed a hierarchical classification very close to that obtained after phylogenetic studies with genome markers. In conclusion, future workers on dog spermatozoa should bear in mind major differences between breeds and realize that results cannot be extrapolated from one to another. Because sperm characteristics are associated with breed diversity, dogs may represent a good model to examine changes in reproductive parameters associated with selection processes.

Motility is the most widely used indicator of sperm quality. Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA) allows the objective evaluation of sperm motility parameters. CASA technology is a common tool to predict semen doses in farm animal reproduction. The kinds of video cameras used until now for image acquisition have presented limited frame rates (FR), which have a negative influence on the quality of the obtained data. The aim of the present work was to define the optimal frame rate for a correct evaluation of boar sperm motility and its subpopulation structure. Eighteen ejaculates from nine mature boars of the Pietrain breed were used. Using the ISAS® v1 CASA-Mot system, with a video camera working up to 200 Hz, six FRs (25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 fps) were compared. ISAS® D4C20 counting chambers, warmed to 37°C, were used. FR affected all the kinematic parameters, with curvilinear velocity (VCL) and BCF the most sensitive ones. All the parameters showed differences among animals. Non-linear correlation showed the asymptotic level for VCL at 212 fps, being the highest FR for all the parameters. For future studies based just on progressive motility, almost 100 fps FR for 0.5 s must be used, while when kinematics must be considered, almost 212 fps for one-second should be analysed. Three principal components were obtained (velocity, progressivity and oscillation), being similar at 50 and 200 fps. Cells were grouped in four subpopulations but with different kinematic and cellular distribution at both FRs.

The evaluation of sperm motion is crucial for processing of seminal doses for artificial insemination. Here, the combined effect of the type and capture area of three counting chambers, together with the type of diluent employed, on sperm motility was analysed. Ejaculates from thirteen Holstein bulls were used for sperm kinematic analysis with the ISAS® v1 CASA-Mot system, using two capillary-loaded counting chambers (Leja® and Cell-Vu® ) and one drop displacement chamber (Makler® ). Nine fixed positions were analysed per chamber type, considering central and lateral and three longitudinal fields. Independent of the diluent used, differences were found between the three chambers. Independent of the extender, no differences in x-axis were observed with Cell-Vu® , while using Leja® , some parameters showed lower values in the centre than in lateral areas. In both counting chambers, the lowest values were observed in the distal area. Results obtained with the two diluents were highly different with a very low correlation between them. In conclusion, the capture area inside the chambers leads to significant changes in sperm kinematic parameters and different dilution media introduce considerable differences in the motility patterns. It is necessary to optimise sampling methods and specific set-ups to be used with CASA-Mot technology.

Desenlutamento é um conceito apresentado por Jean-Claude Rolland, em conferência na Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de São Paulo em agosto de 2017. Enlutamento e desenlutamento, segundo Rolland, são neologismos que permitem explorar o processo desde a introjeção do objeto que organizou a melancolia até o trabalho de luto que desligará a libido. O trabalho de enlutamento melancólico "conserva" o objeto e investe a dor como equivalente a uma libido do objeto, a dor tornando-se o substituto do objeto que a gerou, tendo como primeiro efeito uma grande restrição da subjetividade. O desenlutamento dá continuidade ao trabalho de luto e desfaz a condensação melancólica do sujeito com o objeto ao criar entre eles uma interlocução. No presente texto a autora tece articulações entre estas formulações e a novela A história dos ossos, de Alberto Martins, cujo enredo versa sobre o filho lidando com a perda do pai.

Unmourning is a concept that was introduced by Jean-Claude Rolland during the Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise (Brazilian Psychoanalysis Society) Conference in São Paulo in August, 2017. According to Rolland, mourning and the unmourning are recently coined terms that explore the process from the introduction of the object that organized the melancholy up to the work of mourning that will turn off the libido. The work of melancholic mourning "preserves" the object and employs pain as an equivalent of the object's libido, where the pain becomes a substitute of the object which caused it, having a significant restriction of subjectivity as its first effect. The unmourning allows the work of mourning to be continued and undoes the melancholic condensation of the subject with the object by establishing a dialog between them. In the present paper, the author articulates insights between these formulations and A história dos ossos (The history of the bones), novel written by Alberto Martins, in which a son is dealing with the loss of his father.

Desenlutamiento es un concepto presentado por Jean-Claude Rolland en una conferencia impartida en la Sociedad Brasileña de Psicoanálisis de São Paulo, en agosto de 2017. Los términos enlutamiento y desenlutamiento, según Rolland, son neologismos que permiten explorar el proceso desde la introyección del objeto que organizó la melancolía hasta el trabajo de duelo que desligará la libido. El trabajo de enlutamiento melancólico "conserva" el objeto e inviste el dolor como equivalente a una libido del objeto, convirtiéndose el dolor en el substituto del objeto que lo generó y teniendo como primer efecto una gran restricción de la subjetividad. El desenlutamiento da continuidad al trabajo de duelo y deshace la condensación melancólica del sujeto con el objeto al crear una interlocución entre ellos. En el presente texto, la autora teje articulaciones entre estas formulaciones y la novela de Alberto Martins, A história dos ossos (La historia de los huesos), cuya trama versa sobre un hijo que lidia con la pérdida de su padre.

Le désendeuillement est un concept présenté par Jean-Claude Rolland, à l'occasion d'une Conférence de la Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de São Paulo (Société Brésilienne de Psychanalyse de São Paulo), en août 2017. Endeuillement et désendeuillement, selon Rolland, sont des néologismes qui permettent d'apprendre le processus qui s'étend depuis l'introjection de l'objet qui organise la mélancolie jusqu'au travail de deuil qui éteindra la libido. Le travail d'endeuillement mélancolique "conserve" l'objet et investit la douleur comme équivalente à une libido de l'objet, la douleur devenant le substitut de l'objet qui l'a générée, en ayant comme premier effet une grande restriction de la subjectivité. Le désendeuillement continue le travail de deuil et défait la condensation mélancolique du sujet comme objet en créant un dialogue entre eux. Dans ce texte-ci, l'auteur tisse des liaisons entre ces formulations et A história dos ossos (l'histoire des os), nouvelle d'Alberto Martins, dont l'intrigue repose sur le fils qui gère la perte du père.

The article approaches what can be the position of the analyst in the social tie in relation to the problem of jouissance. Starting from the emergence of a witticism in Brazil in the late 1970s and Lacan's analysis of the economic fundament of jouissance, we try to discern what would be the intervention of psychoanalysis toward the jouissance in contemporaneity and, especially, in the current situation of the country(AU)

Partindo da emergência de um chiste no Brasil do final dos anos 70 e das análises de Lacan quanto ao fundamento econômico do gozo, procura-se discernir oque seria a intervenção da psicanálise quanto ao gozo na contemporaneidade e, especialmente, na conjuntura atual do país.
