RESUMO

El presente trabajo de Investigación denominado: "Efectividad del tratamiento kinésico para el destete en pacientes con ventilación mecánica asistida (VMA), en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Adultos del Hospital Nacional de Itauguá de agosto a octubre del 2023", tiene el siguiente Objetivo General: Determinar la efectividad del tratamiento kinésico para el destete en pacientes con VMA ventilación mecánica asistida(VMA), en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos adultos del Hospital Nacional de Itauguá, en el año 2023. Metodología: El estudio fue de tipo Descriptivo, no experimental, de corte Trasversal y cuantitativo, utilizando como técnica de recoleccion de datos fue la encuesta, aplicada a una muestra no probabilística compuesta por 30 fisioterapeutas. Los resultados de la investigación indican que la efectividad del tratamiento kinésico para pacientes con VMA tiene un mejor pronóstico cuanto más temprano sea iniciado el tratamiento, independientemente sea el diagnóstico por el cual haya sido intubada la persona.

The present research work called: "Effectiveness of kinesic treatment for weaning in patients with assisted mechanical ventilation (AMV), in the Adult Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital of Itauguá from August to October 2023", has the following General Objective: Determine the effectiveness of kinesic treatment for weaning in patients with VMA assisted mechanical ventilation (VMA), in the adult Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital of Itauguá, in the year 2023. Methodology: The study was descriptive, non-experimental. , cross-sectional and quantitative, using the survey as a data collection technique, applied to a non-probabilistic sample composed of 30 physiotherapists. The results of the research indicate that the effectiveness of kinesic treatment for patients with VMA has a better prognosis the earlier the treatment is started, regardless of the diagnosis for which the person has been intubated.
