RESUMO
The authors present a case of a seventeen-year-old white male who suffered from a knife chest wound and secondarily developed a traumatic coronary arteriovenous fistula communicating the left main coronary artery to the pulmonary artery, associated with pulmonary valvular insufficiency and endocarditis.

RESUMO
This report deals with three patients admitted with acute abdomen and hypovolemic shock, but at the operation, solid tumors traumatically broken were found. this finding is infrequent and is a serious problem for the surgeon who must solve the emergency and carry out the adequate surgical treatment with oncologic criterion.
