RESUMO

Se realizó una investigación basada en una experiencia pedagógica en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo durante 2011-2017 con el objetivo de incrementar la motivación y aplicación integrada de los conocimientos en la Química para un aprendizaje significativo en la formación de residentes de las Ciencias Básicas Biomédicas. Estos instrumentos se aplicaron a 20 residentes egresados de la carrera de Medicina que han transitado por las diferentes especialidades. Se emplearon métodos tales como: análisis-síntesis, histórico- lógico, sistémico. Los ejercicios se han confeccionado teniendo en cuenta los materiales curriculares de la enseñanza de formación de residentes de las diferentes especialidades. Se evidenció que existían dificultades en la relación de los conocimientos anteriores adquiridos en su experiencia profesional como médicos y los contenidos de la química. Durante la aplicación de los ejercicios se constataron mejores resultados estimulando una actitud creativa y potenciando la relación interdisciplinaria entre la Química y la Medicina(AU)


A research based on a pedagogical experience was carried out at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo during 2011-2017 with the objective of increasing the motivation and integrated application of knowledge in Chemistry for a meaningful learning in the formation of the residents of Biomedical Basic Sciences. These instruments were applied to 20 residents who have graduated from the medical profession who have passed through the different specialties. Methods were used such as: analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, systemic. The exercises have been made taking into account the curricular materials of the teaching of the training of the residents of the different specialties. It was evidenced that there were difficulties in the relation of the knowledge acquired in their professional experiences as doctors and in the contents of the chemistry. During the application of the exercises were found better results stimulating a creative attitude and enhancing the interdisciplinary relationship between Chemistry and Medicine(AU)
