RESUMO
Desde os anos 1990,iniciou-se uma luta pela implementação de programas de qualificação dos recursos humanos para o trabalho no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), a exemplo doPrograma de Educação pelo Trabalho na Saúde (PET Saúde). Apesar dos avanços, ainda persistem lacunas importantes na integração ensino-serviço-comunidade. Nesse sentido, o objetivo nesta pesquisa éanalisar a percepção de egressos do curso de Odontologia da Escola Bahiana de Medicina de Saúde Pública sobre a vivência noEstágio Supervisionado na Atenção Primária em Saúde (APS). Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, deabordagem qualitativa, com a utilização de 12 entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais, realizadas presencialmente e à distância, submetidas à análise de conteúdo de Bardin. As categorias de análise foram: 1. As concepções sobre o SUS e a APS; e 2. O aprendizado no estágio e a qualidade da preceptoria. A principal contribuição sentida pelos egressos foi o desenvolvimento humanístico. A qualificação dos preceptores foi percebida como necessária para o êxito do estágio.Os resultados deste estudo reforçam a relevânciada integração ensino-serviço-comunidade (AU).
Since the 1990s, onehas started an effort to implement programs to qualify human resources for work in the SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde -Brazilian Unified Health System), such as the Education Program for Work in Health (PET-Saúde). Despite advances, there are still important gaps in the teaching-service-community integration. The objective of this research was to analyze the perception of graduates of the Dentistry course at the Bahian School of Public Health and Medicine about the experience of Supervised Internship in Primary Health Care (PHC). This is an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, using 12 semi-structured interviews, performed in person and remotely, submitted to Bardin's (2011) content analysis. The categories of analysis were: 1. Conceptions about the SUS and PHC; 2. Learning in the internship and the quality of tutoring. The main contribution felt by the graduates was the humanistic development. The qualification of the preceptors was perceived as necessary for the internship's success. The results of this study reinforce the importance of teaching-service-community integration (AU).

OBJECTIVE: To identify the association between perception of body image and oral health in school bullying among adolescents of an urban locality in Brazil. METHODS: A self-questionnaire was applied on 381 students from public school between 12 and 15 years old. The variables studied were sex, age, schooling, school bullying events, and perception about their oral health and body image. The prevalence of bullying was 29.6%. The multivariate analysis showed that those who indicated that they were criticized due to the condition of their teeth had 4.37 more chance of victimization (oral 4371 CI 2325-8218). Those who felt that oral health had little effect on their relationship with other people had 2.2 times more chance to suffer from bullying (oral 2204 CI 1031-4708) than those who did not. Among adolescents who were not satisfied with their body image, 46.7% had more chance to be a victim of bullying (oral 2467 CI 1373-4431). CONCLUSION: A high prevalence of students affected by bullying was observed. It was possible to observe an association between bullying and dissatisfaction with oral health and body image. It is important to implement and evaluate public policies on oral health, expanding access to and improving these public services offered to the population.

Este estudo refere-se a um relato de experiência do primeiro ano de vigência do PETSaúde/GraduaSUS do curso de Odontologia da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, uma instituição do ensino superior privada, em Salvador/BA. Quanto às ações desenvolvidas, destacamse as atividades relacionadas com as mudanças curriculares e aquelas voltadas à integração ensinoserviço. Sobre os resultados já alcançados, verificam-se mudanças na formação dos discentes, inseridos na realidade da atenção primária no SUS; formação de preceptores em saúde bucal com habilidades e competências que favorecem a formação de profissionais mais críticos, reflexivos, humanizados e preparados para oferecer Atenção Primária à Saúde (AU).
This study refers to an experience report of the first year of PET-Saúde/GraduaSUS of the Dentistry course at Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, a private higher education institution in Salvador/BA. As for the actions developed, the activities related to curricular changes and those focused on the teaching-service integration stand out. On the already achieved results, there are changes in the formation of the students, inserted in the reality of the primary care in SUS; training of oral health preceptors with skills and competencies that favor the formation of more critical, reflexive, humanized and attentive Primary Health Care professionals (AU).

O objetivo desse estudo foi conhecer a forma de organização da oferta dos serviços de saúde bucal na Estratégia de Saúde da Família de um município da Bahia. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa baseada em entrevistas semiestruturadas com usuários, agentes comunitários de saúde e cirurgiões-dentistas. Os resultados permitiram inferir que a oferta da primeira consulta odontológica aproxima-se mais do modelo tradicional de atendimento à demanda espontânea. Constatou-se que a participação da comunidade na organização dos serviços de saúde bucal é ausente. As barreiras de acesso recaíram sobre a falta de materiais e deficiência na manutenção de equipamentos, além da baixa cobertura do serviço.
The objective of this study was to investigate the organization of available dental health services within the Family Healthcare Strategy in a Bahia State's municipality. This is a qualitative research study using semi-structured interviews with users, community health agents and dentists. The results showed that the availability of the initial dental consultation is similar to the traditional model of healthcare by spontaneous demand. Community participation in the organization of oral healthcare services proved to be non-existent. Barriers to access are due to the lack of supplies and inadequate equipment maintenance, in addition to the limited services provided.
