This paper aims to discuss the objectification of the human being in a context of big changes in the contemporary world with effects on experiences of freedom and free association in psychoanalytic encounters. This paper aims at making articulations between psychoanalysis and dentistry for babies, highlighting that the internalization of psychoanalytic contributions is primordial for the amplification of thoughts regarding the area of health, more specifically to dentistry for babies. Concepts of suffering and good enough environment are emphasized to expand works at the interdisciplinary fields of the aforementioned areas.(AU)

As the result of a master´s work, the present research investigated motivations of patients with cardiovascular risk factors that changed their lifestyle. Medical records were consulted and interviews were conducted. Through thematic analysis, issues related to the subject dominated. Este artigo tem o objetivo de discutir sobre algumas contribuições da psicanálise para a odontopediatria no campo da comunicação. A odontopediatria é uma especialidade da odontologia que se depara com muitos desafios psicológicos. O atendimento odontopediátrico inclui o dentista, sua equipe, o paciente e o acompanhante em diferentes contextos, o que desenha múltiplas dinâmicas. O lúdico se faz presente no consultório do odontopediatra. As fantasias paranoides são muito comuns. É uma abordagem diferenciada quando o odontopediatra busca ampliar a comunicação com o paciente e desenvolver sua escuta nas práticas odontológicas. Em algumas situações, é importante indicar que o psicanalista veja o paciente. Seja qual for o caso, a psicanálise tem muitas interfaces a construir com a odontopediatria.(AU)
This paper aims to discuss some psychoanalytic contributions to Pediatric Dentistry in the field of communication. The Pediatric Dentistry is a branch of Dentistry that faces many psychological challenges. The dental care of children includes the dentist, his team, the patient and his companion at different places, which draws several dynamics. Play is present in the pediatric dentists office. The paranoid fantasies are very common. Its a different approach when the pediatric dentist is looking for expanding the communication with his patient and developing his listening in dental practices. In some situations it is important to recommend that the psychoanalyst see the patient. Whatever the case the Psychoanalysis has many interfaces to build with Pediatric Dentistry.(AU)

Este artigo tem o objetivo de debater sobre uma experiência com grupos de discussão sobre a hospitalização com música e pintura, cujo manejo tem uma orientação psicanalítica. Do ponto de vista metodológico, desenvolvemos grupos de um único encontro, de aproximadamente uma hora e quinze minutos, com pacientes e seus acompanhantes. Tais grupos são antecedidos por atividades musicais. Nos encontros grupais, são produzidas pinturas sobre a vivência de hospitalização. Em movimentos das associações verbais, emerge o sujeito da linguagem com desejos, sofrimento e fantasias. A análise de nosso trabalho sinaliza possíveis mudanças nos pacientes e acompanhantes, entre outros aspectos. Consideramos que as interfaces da psicanálise com as artes possibilitam tonalidades peculiares ao dizer no hospital.(AU)
This paper has the goal of relating our experience with discussion groups about the hospitalization using music and painting whose management is psychoanalytically oriented. By the methodological point of view, we develop groups with a meeting of around one hour and fifteen minutes each one with patients and their companions. There are musical presentations before those groups. Paintings about the hospitalization experience are produced at the group meetings. The subject of language comes up with desires, pain and fantasies in movements of verbal associations. Among other aspects, the analysis of our activity shows possible changes in the patients and their companions. We consider that the interfaces between psychoanalysis and the arts enable peculiar shades to the speech in hospital.(AU)

Este artigo é uma síntese da tese de doutorado de Ricardo Azevedo Barreto, intitulada Uma análise institucional do discurso em grupo com dentistas: cenas e posições, e defendida na Universidade de São Paulo, sob a orientação da professora Dra. Marlene Guirado, do Instituto de Psicologia da USP. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, mais especificamente uma pesquisa-intervenção na odontologia, por meio de um grupo com dez dentistas, durante seis encontros de aproximadamente uma hora e meia cada um, sobre as práticas odontológicas e as relações com os pacientes e seus acompanhantes. Trabalhamos com uma articulação da psicanálise com a análise de instituições concretas, a análise do discurso francesa e as contribuições de Michel Foucault, por meio do método da análise institucional do discurso. Diferenciamo-nos de uma concepção de mentalidade grupal, comum nos meios psicológicos e psicanalíticos. Compreendemos um grupo como uma instituição discursiva, constituída no fazer grupal em ato. A partir de tal perspectiva, foi construída uma análise em grupo no que se refere à mobilização nos posicionamentos discursivos dos participantes e ao acompanhamento de possíveis movimentos nas relações entre dentistas e clientela. Com nosso trabalho, foi possível perceber efeitos no imaginário e na micropolítica das relações na odontologia, defendendo a tese de que a análise institucional do discurso, desdobramento da abordagem psicanalítica e método que vem sendo desenvolvido por Marlene Guirado, é uma estratégia de pensamento profícua para além das entrevistas, seu modus operandi mais habitual, particularmente para o trabalho analítico grupal.(AU)
This paper is a sinthesis of Barreto, Ricardo Azevedos doctoral thesis called An institutional discourse analysis in dentists group: scenes and positions, which was defended in the University of São Paulo under the supervision of Dr. Guirado, Marlene, Psychology Institute of USPs Professor. It refers a qualitative study, more specifically an interventional research within the Dentistry, which involved a group of ten dentists, during six meetings of approximately one and a half hour each, about dental practices and the relationships with patients and their companions. We work with a link among psychoanalysis, concrete institutional analysis, French discourse analysis and some Foucaults thoughts through the method of institutional analysis of discourse. We differ from a vision of group mind so common in the psychological and psychoanalytic fields. We understand a group as a discursive institution that is constituted in the group work in action. Based on the aforementioned perspective, an analysis in group was carried out concerning the mobility of speech positions of the participants and about the observation of possible movements in the relationships between dentists and clientele. Through our study, we perceived effects in the imaginary and the micropolitics of the relationships in Dentistry. We defended the thesis that the institutional analysis of discourse, derivation of the psychoanalytic approach and a method which has been developed by Marlene Guirado, is a fruitful thinking strategy for beyond the interviews, its more usual modus operandi, particularly for the analytic group work.(AU)

With the goal of humanization of care, the author discusses some conceptions of the psychoanalytic approach about the so-called physical pain of the human being, its difference from mental pain, and he emphasizes that it is questionable to talk about the dichotomy between the physical and psychological aspects of the pain. The author understands that the psychic aspect is present in the physical pain of the patient, and the unconscious effects should be analyzed by a psychoanalyst in the health team, when there is indication.(AU)

Based on a particular conception of lifestyle, this paper has the goal of contributing to Medical Science humanization. Through interfaces between Psychoanalysis and Medicine, this text talks about the possibility of a maternal Medicine, among other dimensions, that builds and changes the human in moments of pain, when the self fragmentation requires a warm Science. This approach humanizes the doctor-patient relationship and maintains the integrity of those who suffer in their existential singularity, which is different from the classical scientific generalizations.(AU)

This paper aims discussing about Psychoanalysis as an institution, about its institutional object and the practices that are repeated in the field of psychoanalytical work, which includes the links between the institutional agents of Psychoanalysis, the psychoanalysts, and their clientele, the patients. We emphasize the scope about the theory of psyche, psychological development, psychopathology and psychotherapeutic technique of Psychoanalysis, must be further considered, through the perspective of producing psychoanalytic practices linked to contemporary questions. It has been adopted frequently by health professionals the expression lifestyle. People speak about behaviors, habits and attitudes, among other aspects. The proposal of this paper is a concept of lifestyle as modality of social relationship (with its power and alienation games) which we can move in its institutional and speech net through analysis. No escopo do enlace da Psicanálise com a Arte, este trabalho delineia as diretrizes do programa de humanização desenvolvido no hospital São Lucas, em Sergipe. Refere-se ao projeto de extensão por intermédio da Universidade Tiradentes, Humanização e promoção de saúde no hospital geral: uma perspectiva psicológica, em desenvolvimento no hospital São Lucas, e ao projeto da supramencionada instituição hospitalar, Psicologia hospitalar: uma proposta de humanização diária, ambos idealizados e coordenados por este autor, mas realizados no dia a dia com as contribuições de muitos profissionais e estagiários. Em digressões, o desafio paradigmático de um hospital humanizado põe-nos em xeque: o ser humano, muito mais do que apenas células e bioquímica, pode ser reconhecido em suas produções artísticas e de linguagem.(AU)
This paper describes the references of the humanization programme that has been developed in São Lucas Hospital in Sergipe by the design of Psychoanalysis and the Arts marriage. It refers to the Tiradentes University´s project, Humanization and health promotion at the general hospital: a psychological perspective, developed in São Lucas Hospital, and the over mentioned hospitals project, Psychology in the hospital: a daily humanization proposal. Both of them are from my authorship and coordination and they were developed day by day with the contributions of many professionals and students. In digression, the paradigmatic challenge from the humanized hospital faces us: the human being, much more than only cells and biochemistry, can be recognized in their artistic and language productions.(AU)
