RESUMO

artigo apresenta pesquisa que teve como objetivo buscar um entendimento sobre a constituição do discurso biopolítico que leva estudantes acadêmicos a fazerem uso de psico-fármacos como estratégia de produção. Este uso se constitui como técnica de si, uma escolha dos sujeitos para que estes possam realizar suas atividades tanto profissionais quanto pessoais, mediante as exigências capitalistas atuais. A análise aqui apresentada trata do contexto de uma instituição de ensino superior privado do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. A perspectiva utilizada na pesquisa foi de cunho cartográfico, o que permitiu transitar sobre os saberes rela-cionados e explorar o material trazido pelos participantes. A análise pode identificar como se constituíram as técnicas de si empregadas pelos participantes, como estão ligadas ao disposi-tivo de medicalização e ao paradigma biopolítico presente na sociedade.(AU)

El artículo presenta una investigación que tenía como objetivo la búsqueda de una comprensión de la constitución del discurso biopolítico que lleva a los estudiantes a hacer uso académico de los psicofármacos como una estrategia para la producción. Este uso se constitu-ye como técnica en sí, una elección personal para que puedan realizar sus actividades, tanto profesional como personalmente por las exigencias del capitalismo actual. El análisis presen-tado aquí es el contexto de una institución de educación superior privada del interior de Rio Grande do Sul. La perspectiva utilizada en el estudio es cartografíca, lo que permite pasar por les conocimientos relacionados y explorar los materiales planteados por los participantes. El análisis puede identificar como lo fueron las técnicas empleadas por los participantes, ya que se conectan al dispositivo de la medicalización y le paradigma biopolítico presentes en la so-ciedad.(AU)

The article presents research that aimed to search an understanding of the constitution of the biopolitical discourse that leads academic students to make use of psychiatric drugs as a strategy for production. This use is constituted as technique of self, a choice so that they can perform their activities, both professionally and personally by the current capitalist demands. The analysis presented here is the context of an private college in the interiors of Rio Grande do Sul. The perspective used in the study was cartographical, allowing pass on the knowledge and explore related material brought by participants. The analysis can identify as have constituted the techniques of self employed by the participants, how they are connected to the device of medicalization and the biopolitical paradigm present in society.(AU)

Este artigo apresenta uma discussão sobre saúde mental no contexto do trabalho imaterial./ Parte dos resultados de duas pesquisas, alicerçadas teórica e metodologicamente na Clínica Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, que buscaram conhecer a psicodinâmica do contexto de trabalho da enfermagem de um hospital e de uma guarda municipal, profissões que tem o contato humano no cerne de seu fazer, caracterizando-se por um produto intangível. Às exigências do trabalho na contemporaneidade, soma-se o incremento do setor de serviços e a maximização do trabalho imaterial. As intervenções facilitaram a construção de um espaço de discussão coletiva, criando brechas na opacidade da organização do trabalho, possibilitando uma visibilidade do sofrimento dos trabalhadores. Por meio deste espaço de interação, trocas e convivência, potencializa-se a circulação da palavra e a capacidade de criação, favorecendo o reconhecimento, a saúde e a emancipação dos trabalhadores

This article presents a discussion about mental health in the context of immaterial work. Based in the results of two studies grounded in theoretical and methodological Clinical Psychodynamics of Work, which sought to understand the psychodynamics of the work context of nursing in a hospital and a municipal guard, professions that have human contact at the core of your doing, characterized for an intangible product. The demands of work in contemporary society, is added by the increase in service sector and the maximization of immaterial work. The interventions facilitated the construction of a space of collective discussion, creating cracks in the opacity of the organization of work, allowing visibility of the suffering of workers. Through this space of interaction, exchange and conviviality, the circulation of the word and the ability to create are increased, favoring the reconnaissance, health and empowerment of workers

Este artigo é resultado de pesquisa de mestrado que teve por objetivo compreender as implicações da reestruturação da guarda municipal de uma capital brasileira sobre a dinâmica saúde/sofrimento mental de seus trabalhadores. A fundamentação teórica e metodológica empregada foi a psicodinâmica do trabalho, procurando identificar as estratégias defensivas desenvolvidas pelos trabalhadores para evitar o adoecimento. No desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi possível constatar que o atual período da instituição é um tempo de transformação, que interfere na organização do trabalho, na subjetividade e na saúde mental de seus servidores. O sofrimento provocado pelo trabalho é amortecido pela cooperação mútua, pela possibilidade do uso da inteligência astuciosa e pelo reconhecimento advindo de uma atuação com maior visibilidade. Na busca da promoção da saúde mental no trabalho, mostra-se importante incrementar os espaços institucionais de reflexão e discussão sobre o atual papel do guarda municipal na sociedade.

This article resulted from a master's degree research that had as objective to understand the implications of reorganization of a municipal guard from a Brazilian capital on the dynamic health/mental suffering of its workers. The theoretical and methodological recital used was the psychodynamic of work, looking for to identify the defensive strategies developed by the workers to prevent illness. In the development of the research it was possible to evidence that the current period of the institution is a transition time, which intervenes with the organization of work, the subjectivity, and the mental health of its servers. The suffering produced at work is cushioned by the mutual cooperation, the possibility of the use of astuteness intelligence and by the recognition happened of a performance with bigger visibility. In the search of the promotion of the mental health in the work one reveals important to develop the institutional spaces of reflection and quarrel on the current paper of the municipal guard in the society.
