RESUMO

We present a case report of a patient that went to consultation for tumoración presence at level vulvar of a year of evolution, with size of 8 x 6 cm, accompanied by pain with the deambulación and manipulation, the out taking of tumoración biopsy, later on resection by means of vulvectomia simple left and the result anatomohistopatológico was corroborated that reported hemangioma fibrous esclerosante. The treatment and the evolution was favorable. You analyzes the case and their such complications as: infection of surgical wound and dehiscencia. Bibliography related with the topic was revised.

RESUMO

A 33 years old male patient was admitted at the Ginecology/Obstetric emergency room with acute pain abdomen. The patient underwent an exploratory laparotomy where it was found 1,400 cc of blood in the peritoneal cavity. It was also found a 10 cm diameter tumor on the right lateral uterus side involving the uterine tube, the ovary and the ipsilateral parametrium. In the omentum there were found two 3 cm diameter tumors like the one found in the uterus. The bleeding was under control so it was made a hysterectomy, bilateral salpingooophorectomy and omentectomy. Histopathologic diagnosis was reported two weeks after. The final diagnosis was serosa infiltration, uterine leiomyosarcoma and implant on peritoneum.

RESUMO

El objetivo es dar a conocer la normatividad del sistema de cirugía ambulatoria en pacientes ortopédicos en el Centro de Cirugía Ambulatoria, además de la patología más frecuente atendida en esta unidad. El manejo de los pacientes con tratamiento de cirugía ambulatoria nos ofrece: dismininución de complicaciones, reducción del número de días cama en el tratamiento quirúrgico a realizar, atención personal y humana. Se realiza un análisis a 10 años de la estadística de los procedimientos más frecuentes
