RESUMEN

Objective To discuss curative effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy on catarct united glaucoma. Methods Eighty cases of patients with catarct united glaucoma were se-lected, and divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in control group were given ha-coemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, while the patients in observation group were additionally given com-bined trabeculectomy, and curative effect and postoperative occurrences of complication of patients in two groups were observed. Results After one-month operation, vision and central front depth of patients in two groups were rose than before (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while the intra-ocular tension were declined than before, and the improvement rates of pa-tients in observation group were much higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of operative complication of patients in observation group was much lower than that in control group(χ2=4.11, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy on catarct unit-ed glaucoma can effectively increase the vision, decrease intra-ocular pressure and raise central front depth with reli-able curative effect, few occurrences of complication and high security, which is a safe and effective method of opera-tion.

RESUMEN

Objective: To investigate the effects of Anglimingshi Capsules on preventing and treating experimental catarct. Methods: The model of D galactose induced catarct in rats was established. The effects of Anglimingshi Capsules on the catarct advance, lens opacity, lens structure, MDA and the concentrations of disoluble protein and high weight protein of treated rats were examined.Results: Anglimingshi Capsules could delay the advance of catarct, lower lens opacity and lighten the injury of lens structure by D galactose. Anglimingshi Capsules also decreased the concentration of MDA, lightened the injury of lens by lipid peroxidation and decreaseed the concentrations of disoluble protein and high weight protein. Conclusion: The test provided the foundation for application of Anglimingshi capsule.
