RESUMEN

This study explores the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enhanced learning models on student management in educational informatization management. A game-theoretic enhanced learning model is proposed to achieve this objective, incorporating resource scheduling strategies under fog computing and a student management system that integrates IoT and AI technologies. This model's performance and the student management system are then tested. The results indicate that the fog computing-based hierarchical Q-learning (Q) model proposed in this study achieves faster convergence than a single Q model, reaching convergence after 80 training rounds, ten rounds earlier than the comparative algorithm. The model exhibits a lower average workload delay of 0.5 ms and fog node delay below 1 ms, showcasing significant advantages in terms of overall cost-effectiveness, thus minimizing service costs. The student management system has 3000 concurrent user connections, static page request times ranging from 0 to 25 s, login response time predominantly at 60 s, and a capacity to process up to 20 parallel tasks per second with zero errors. The system functionalities are fully realized, meeting usage demands effectively and achieving the highest average functional score of 9.03 for online interaction functionality. This study demonstrates the efficacy of the game-theoretic enhanced learning model in a fog computing environment and the positive impact of IoT and AI technologies on student management. The proposed student management system better caters to individual student needs, enhancing learning outcomes and experiences. The study's innovation lies in the integration of IoT technology with AI-enhanced learning models, coupled with the introduction of game-theoretic resource scheduling strategies, enabling the student management system to intelligently identify student requirements, allocate learning resources, and dynamically optimize the educational process, ultimately improving learning outcomes. This holds significant implications for enhancing education quality and promoting personalized student development.

Purpose/Significance To provide reference for the information technology laboratory management in universities and col-leges of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Method/Process The paper focuses on the main problems faced by information technology laboratory management in universities and colleges of TCM,and proposes ideas of informatization path selection based on practices in Hu-bei University of Chinese Medicine.It constructs informatization management system from the following aspects:network foundation of in-formation technology laboratory,terminal protection cloud service,internet of things technology application,laboratory opening,experi-mental teaching resource sharing,etc.Result/Conclusion The informatization management system significantly improves the utilization rate of the laboratory,greatly reduces the personnel cost and time cost.

Objective:To establish the medical equipment maintenance management system based on HRP, to break through and solve various problems that the traditional manual management mode couldn't resolve in the medical equipment maintenance and repair, and to ensure the normal development of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Using the network information technology, combining with the characteristics of the hospital industry, referring to the enterprise resource planning management system, to establish a new hospital medical equipment maintenance management system.Results: The system management module included a series functions, such as maintenance reports, maintenance applications, applications for repair, maintenance grades, maintenance items, fault types and maintenance methods. This module unified the technology and methods, contents and procedures of equipment maintenance, and the system also included maintenance plan, maintenance report and early warning function for the equipment using. Besides, the design of specially displayer would real-time display maintenance information.Conclusion: HRP system was used to replace the traditional manual management mode and it can break and resolve various problems of medical equipment repair and maintenance at the present hospital, such as record and save the maintenance information, provide high efficiency and high quality service for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and data support for statistical analysis.

RESUMEN

Objective:To provide scientific references for establishing a whole informatization management system of reagent used in science and research of hospital based on the root cause analysis (RCA). And to find existed problems and analyze main reasons from reagent management, material, time, financial, personnel and other factors through fishbone chart, and to provide relative management measurement of informatization.Methods: The reagent consumptions used in science and research of a tertiary referral center hospital in Fujian province in 2015 year were collected, and then the purchase amount and ratio of them were analyzed.Results: The purchase amount of reagent for science and research of this tertiary referral center hospital in Fujian province was more than 2.55 million RMB in 2015 year, and the ratio of national clinical key special projects was 23.32% and that of provincial clinical key special projects was 6.85%. The two items spent more purchase amount, and the type and ratio of reagent of various department was different depended on their own various developed situation.Conclusion: The informatization management and service mode of reagent used in science and research have very important role in the construction of soft power of hospital. In present, a series of disadvantages existed in various clinical and research department, for example, the use of reagents are scatter, involved professional span is larger and disperse, and accurate trace, dynamic tracking and flexible deploy machines are difficultly achieved. Therefore, how to promote comprehensive informatization management for relative resource, for optimizing structure configuration, for controlling cost and ensuring quality of reagent has became the most important task for informatization management of reagent used in science and research.
