RESUMEN

This study develops a hybrid model to investigate the factors affecting transnational e-commerce supply chain resilience (TNSCRE) by integrating the Entropy Weight Method (EWM), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The study identifies 36 critical factors categorized under supply chain adaptability, supply chain efficiency, and supply chain evolution, and five criteria are used to rank these factors. The EWM is used to calculate the relative weights of the criteria, and the SAW method is used to rank the factors based on their weighted scores. The ISM is then used to evaluate the interrelationships among the key factors. The research highlights the significance of several factors, such as the speed of supply chain disruption recovery, interactive collaboration, and response time to supply chain disruption. Sensitivity analysis was performed to assess the robustness of the findings. Finally, a SWOT analysis is conducted to develop a strategic action plan for addressing these significant factors. The study provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors that impact TNSCRE from the perspective of multiple stakeholders. The findings can help e-commerce business owners improve their existing supply chain resilience and achieve sustainable growth in the context of globalization.

Introduction: Emergency drills are critical practices that can improve the preparedness for crisis situations. This study aims to comprehend the evaluation of emergency drill effectiveness by the staff at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Heilongjiang Province, China. It identifies potential factors that could influence the personnel's appraisal of outcomes throughout the emergency drill procedure. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among public health professionals from various CDCs in Heilongjiang, a northeastern Chinese province. The binary logistic regression analysis identified the factors associated with the CDC staff's assessment of emergency drill efficacy, while the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) elucidated the hierarchical structure among the influencing factors. Results: 53.3% (95% CI = 50.6-55.4) of participants perceived the emergency drills' effectiveness as low. Binary logistic regression analysis revealed that the following adverse factors associated with the emergency drills increased the risk of a lower evaluation: lack of equipment and poor facilities (OR = 2.324, 95% CI = 1.884-2.867), poor training quality (OR = 1.765, 95% CI = 1.445-2.115), low leadership focus (OR = 1.585, 95% CI = 1.275-1.971), insufficient training frequency (OR = 1.539, 95% CI = 1.258-1.882), low skill in designing emergency drill plans (OR = 1.494, 95% CI = 1.180-1.890), lack of funding (OR = 1.407, 95% CI = 1.111-1.781), and poor coordination between departments (OR = 1.335, 95% CI = 1.085-1.641). The ISM revealed the hierarchical relationship of the influential factors, which were classified into three levels: Surface, Middle and Bottom. The Surface Level factors were training frequency, training quality, leaders' focus, and inter-departmental coordination. The Middle Level factors were equipment availability and skill in designing emergency drill plans. The Bottom Level factor was funding guarantee. Discussion: This survey revealed that over half of the CDC staff rated the effectiveness of public health emergency drills as low. The Logistic-ISM Model results indicated that the evaluation of drill effectiveness was negatively influenced by insufficient facility and equipment support, financial constraints, lack of departmental coordination, and inadequate leadership attention. Among these factors, funding guarantee was the most fundamental one. Therefore, this calls for strategic decisions to increase funding for equipment, leadership training support, and effective emergency coordination.

Rescues from building collapse accidents present a significant challenge for China's emergency rescue system. However, there are also many risk factors in a training scenario, which have been summarized in this study. A hierarchical indicator system for personnel safety was established, including 12 first-level indicators and 23s-level indicators. Then, an improved Grey-DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the level of risk. Influencing factor scores were determined according to the responses from the questionnaire survey. The influencing degree, influenced degree, centrality, and causality were identified, and the importance, relevance, and clustering of the various factors were obtained after making quantitative calculations. The results showed that the order of priority for solving the essential issues was safety education (A2), operating standards and proficiency (A10), equipment inspection (A4), equipment warehousing maintenance and records (A21). The solving of safety education was identified to be the most essential priority. The priority control order of direct causes was Scientific design and construction (A5), Potential fixed hazards in the facility (A12), Physical fitness of personnel (A1), Weather influences (A18), and Initiation efficiency of emergency plans (A20), and direct control measures for these five factors could achieve a relatively significant effect.

The Indonesian agroindustry is a crucial sector for food security, comprising several platforms such as the poultry industry that play a role in providing animal protein. Despite the advantages portrayed by the poultry sector in the country, stiff competition is still encountered with business transformation situation. The rigid and static structures of the Indonesian poultry industry are also reflected in bureaucracy, fear-based cultures, the inefficiency of functional silos, and aversion to change, leading to the need for appropriate agility incorporation. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the key challenges and enablers influencing the achievement of business agility, as well as construct a structural interpretation model for the process through ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling). The results showed that the hierarchical structure establishment of the influential factors emphasized a logical linkage through ISM implementation. This structural level also identified the major challenges to attaining business agility, indicating the difficulties encountered in work culture transformation and mindset adjustment toward an agile orientation. Meanwhile, management response and knowledge deftness are key enablers in achieving business agility. These results are expected to help business professionals in implementing sustainable organizational model, due to the existence of business agility.

The beef cattle industry is an important part of herbivorous animal husbandry and an important industry to enrich the dietary structure of residents and promote the income of farmers and herdsmen. The cow is an important foundation to support the healthy development of the beef cattle industry, which is related to the stability of cattle sources and the sustainable development of the industry. However, in recent years, the shortage of cows in our country has led to the shortage of cattle resources and the high price of calves, which has restricted the further development of our beef cattle industry. In order to explore the factors that affect the decision-making behavior behind cow breeding and to find the right policy to mobilize the enthusiasm for cow breeding, based on the field survey of five provinces (cities and regions), including Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this paper conducts an empirical analysis through the Logit ISM model. The results show that market expectation is the surface factor that directly affects the decision-making behavior of cow breeding. The influencing factors of the middle layer are policy propaganda, policy subsidies, breeding years, and feeding methods. The deep root factors are the age of the breeder, the amount of loan, and whether to plant feed crops. Based on this, this paper proposes that we should actively promote the importance of cow breeding, strengthen policy support for cow breeding, formulate scientific and reasonable subsidy policies for cows, innovate financial support methods to solve the problem of fund shortage of farmers, and develop forage resources and reduce the breeding cost of cows.

RESUMEN

Along with the increasing prominence of environmental risks such as soil surface source pollution and declining quality grade of arable land, the issues of how to address irrational fertilizer application and enhance the safety of agricultural products have attracted widespread attention. In this context, clarifying the main factors affecting farmers' use of soil testing and formulated fertilization technology (STFFT) can further improve the technology adoption rate and fertilizer utilization efficiency, promote standardized agricultural production and maintain the health and stability of soil ecology in black soil areas. This is of great significance to the construction of green agriculture, national dietary health and national food security. This study builds an "external environmental stimuli-perceived characteristics-adoption behavior" theoretical framework to investigate the decision-making and the dynamic influence mechanisms of farmers' adoption behavior of STFFT. Based on farmer survey data, the logistic-ISM model has been applied. The main findings are as follows. First, five types of influencing factors, namely individual characteristics, family characteristics, business characteristics, cognitive characteristics and external environmental characteristics, had significant "push" effects on farmers' STFFT adoption behavior. Among them, planting scale and technical training are the key factors influencing farmers' adoption of scientific fertilizer application technology. Second, both farmers' perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness play a significant role in farmers' decision-making process, and the easier farmers perceive STFFT to be to master and the greater the benefits it brings, the more pronounced the tendency to adopt the technology, all other influencing conditions being equal. Third, the main influencing factors of farmers' STFFT adoption behavior are intrinsically related and divided into four categories based on the magnitude of influence: deep-rooted, medium indirect, shallow indirect and superficial direct. In order to reduce further degradation of black soil caused by farmers' irrational production habits and to improve resource utilization efficiency, this study recommends the government to further regulate the land transfer market, strengthen the propagation of soil-conservation-type technologies in black soil areas, expand the breadth of agricultural technology training and enhance farmers' understanding and trust in STFFT. Thus, the maintenance of soil ecosystem in black soil areas, effective guarantee of food security and sustainable development of agriculture can be achieved.

(1) Background: Even though the quality of life in urban and rural areas is better than in traditional rural villages, it is hard to keep up good governance over the long term. Exploring the limitations of villagers' participation in the long-term management of urban rural habitat is exemplary from the perspective of sustainable development in order to improve rural habitat, promote sustainable economic and environmental development, and accomplish rural revitalization. (2) Methods: Long-term management indicators were proposed to provide a technique for evaluating the governance efficacy of urban and rural living environments. Based on the survey data obtained in Shanghai, the ordered logistic-ISM model was used to examine the influencing aspects of urban and rural living environment governance efficacy. (3) Results: In addition to environmental improvement conditions and other factors, long-term management in the village has a significant favorable impact on the evaluation of the governance effect on the living environment in urban and rural locations. (4) Conclusions: Long-term management directly supports villager engagement in environmental development and village infrastructure improvement and has a significant positive impact on the governance of urban and rural living environments. Improvements in infrastructure immediately benefit the administration of urban and rural living situations. Creating a long-term management structure, supporting cooperative governance, optimizing corrective actions, coordinating investments, and advancing ecological and economic sustainability are just a few of the policy improvements suggested.

The adoption of conservation tillage technology can improve the production efficiency of black soils (mollisols), and it has great significance to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture. This paper takes farmers in the black soil region of Jilin Province as the research object, uses 442 survey data of farmers in seven municipal areas in the black soil region of Jilin Province, constructs a logistic-ISM model, first determines the influencing factors of farmers' adoption of conservation tillage technology, and then analyzes the hierarchical structure of each influencing factor. The results show that: (1) among the eight significant influencing factors of farmers' adoption of conservation tillage technology, age, whether they know the government's subsidies for conservation tillage and the number of labor force are the deep-rooted factors; (2) Education level, whether you know that the government is promoting conservation tillage, and the planting area are intermediate level factors; (3) whether they have received the technical services of conservation tillage and whether the cultivated land is scattered is the direct factors. Based on the significance analysis of the influencing factors of farmers' adoption of conservation tillage technology and the research on the action mechanism of the influencing factors of farmers' adoption of conservation tillage technology, this paper puts forward policy suggestions to improve the extension system of conservation tillage technology, improve the implementation of land transfer and subsidy policies, strengthen the ability of rural socialized services, and strengthen the publicity of black soils protection.

Aims: To explore the structural relationship between perceived participation and autonomy among older adults with stroke and hypertension in home and community-based services (HCBSs) in the eastern coastal region of China. Design: An explorative cross-sectional study. Methods: From July to September 2021, a total of 714 respondents were reported to have stroke and hypertension, and their information was used in the analysis of this study. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing factors older adults' perceived participation and autonomy. Using the ISM model, we analyzed the factors affecting social participation in patients with stroke and hypertension and explained the logical relationships and hierarchy among the factors. Results: The mean score of perceived participation was 58.34 ± 27.57. Age, marital status, health insurance, living status, number of children, chronic diseases, sleep time, frequency of outings, and health utility value were significant factors affecting perceived participation and autonomy with stroke and hypertension patients. Among them, health insurance is the direct factor on the surface, age, number of children, chronic diseases, sleep time, frequency of outings, and health utility value are the intermediate indirect factors, and marital status and living status are the deep-rooted factors. Conclusion: By the study that the hierarchical structure provides a visualization of interrelationships and interdependences among the influencing factors of perceived participation and autonomy. It also may be a significant complement to traditional variable-entered approaches and construct an optimized multidimensional perspective of participation and autonomy. Future research should focus on optimizing the living environment of older adults with stroke and hypertension to explore the model of rehabilitative intervention and help patients successfully reintegrate into their families/societies.
