RESUMEN

Objective: Based on machine learning method, four types of early postoperative frailty risk prediction model of enterostomy patients were constructed to compare the performance of each model and provide the basis for preventing early postoperative frailty of elderly patients with enterostomy. Methods: The prospective convenience sampling method was conducted and 362 early postoperative enterostomy patients were selected in three hospitals from July 2020 to November 2023 in Shanghai, four different prediction models of Support Vector Machine (SVM), Bayes, XG Boost, and Logistic regression were used and compared the test effects of the four models (MCC, F1, AUC, and Brier index) to judge the classification performance of the four models in the data of this study. Results: A total of 21 variables were included in this study, and the predictors mainly covered demographic information, stoma-related information, quality of life, anxiety and depression, and frailty. The validated models on the test set are XGBoost, Logistic regression, SVM prediction model, and Bayes on the MCC and F1 scores; on the AUC, XGBoost, Logistic regression, Bayes, and SVM prediction model; on the Brier scores, Bayes, Logistic regression, and XGBoost. Conclusion: XGBoost based on machine learning method is better than SVM prediction model, Logistic regression model and Bayes in sensitivity and accuracy. Quality of life in the early postoperative period can help guide clinical patients to identify patients at high risk of frailty and reduce the incidence of early postoperative frailty in elderly patients with enterostomy.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the effect of time and temperature on the count of peripheral blood cells in newborns. Methods The peripheral blood of 100 cases of newborns who were admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2016 to June 2016 were collected, and measured with Sysmex XS-500i automatic blood cell analyzer immediately, then were split into two parts and stored at 4 ℃ and room temperature respectively. The measurement was repeated in 24 and 48 h,and the groups were compared on WBC,RBC,PLT,HGB,IG% and IG#.Results There were statistically significant differences between the instantly measuring result and those in 24 and 48 h under room temperature (P<0.05).In case of 4 ℃,the instantly measuring result had no obvious difference with that in 24 h (P>0.05),while statistical difference with that in 48 h (P<0.05).Conclusion Newborns' peripheral blood can be stored at 4 ℃C,and the counting results will not be affected for WBC,RBC,PLT,HGB,IG% and IG# within 24 h.

RESUMEN

AIM: To discuss the single application on iris localization technology in excimer laser for the treatment of astigmatism. METHODS:Totally 203 cases (406 eyes) of laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK ) in the treatment of compound myopic astigmatism patients were operated from November 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups. One was observation group using iris localization and the other was control group using routine operation. Patients in the observation group of 100 cases ( 200 eyes ) , aged 18-43 years old, spherical diopter was - 1. 25 to - 8. 75D, astigmatism was -1. 0 to -3. 25D. In control group, 103 patients ( 206 eyes ) , aged 19-44 years old, spherical diopter was -1. 75-9. 50D, astigmatism was -1. 0 to -3. 25D. The patients in the observation group before the application of WaveScan aberrometer check for iris image, spherical lens, cylindrical lens and astigmatism axis data operation, only single application of iris location, without using wavefront aberration guided technology, laser cutting patterns for conventional LASIK model, spherical, cylindrical mirror and astigmatism axis  RESULTS: Postoperative residual astigmatism, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Astigmatism axial measurement after operation, the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group. Postoperative visual acuity at 6mo, the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. data source to preoperative wavefront aberration results. The control group received routine LASIK. It was applicated comprehensive optometry optometry respectively to examine astigmatism and axial, based on the computer analysis during the preoperative, 1wk after the operation, and 6mo. Analysis of using SPSS 17 statistical software, it was independent-sample t test between the two groups of residual astigmatism and astigmatism axis. CONCLUSION: For patients who cannot complete the wavefront aberration guided treatment of astigmatism, can separate the application of wavefront aberration analyzer automatic iris recognition technology to improve precision of astigmatism treatment, give full play to advanced technical performance of equipment, which has good application value.
