RESUMEN
Establish a hospital logistics information SPD system, carry out internet cloud procurement, and interface with the hospital HIS system, surgical anesthesia system, internal control management system, etc, to form an information system covering the entire process of external logistics, internal logistics, and internal control audit. Accurately classify consumables in multi-dimensions, improve the consumables dictionary field information dictionary database, refine supplier management, and realize the whole process of implanting interventional and high-value consumables into three codes (material code, medical insurance consumable code, charge code) traceability management, and data visualization. At the same time, it reduces hospital inventory and cost pressure, reduces the intensity of nursing staff's management of consumables, reduces the risks and loopholes of consumables management, and improves the level of digital and intelligent management of medical consumables.

Inefficient remaining useful life (RUL) estimation may cause unpredictable failures and unscheduled maintenance of machining tools. Multi-sensor data fusion will improve the RUL prediction reliability by fusing more sensor information related to the machining process of tools. In this paper, a multi-sensor data fusion system for online RUL prediction of machining tools is proposed. The system integrates multi-sensor signal collection, signal preprocess by a complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition, feature extraction in time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain by such methods as statistical analysis, power spectrum density analysis and Hilbert-Huang transform, feature selection by a Light Gradient Boosting Machine method, feature fusion by a tool wear prediction model based on back propagation neural network optimized by improved artificial bee colony (IABC-BPNN) algorithm, and the online RUL prediction model by a polynomial curve fitting method. An example is used to verify whether if the prediction performance of the proposed system is stable and reliable, and the results show that it is superior to its rivals.
RESUMEN
Cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs) are DNA photoproducts linked to skin cancer, whose mutagenicity depends in part on their frequency of formation and deamination. Nucleosomes modulate CPD formation, favoring outside facing sites and disfavoring inward facing sites. A similar pattern of CPD formation in protein-free DNA loops suggests that DNA bending causes the modulation in nucleosomes. To systematically study the cause and effect of nucleosome structure on CPD formation and deamination, we have developed a circular permutation synthesis strategy for positioning a target sequence at different superhelix locations (SHLs) across a nucleosome in which the DNA has been rotationally phased with respect to the histone octamer by TG motifs. We have used this system to show that the nucleosome dramatically modulates CPD formation in a T11-tract that covers one full turn of the nucleosome helix at seven different SHLs, and that the position of maximum CPD formation at all locations is shifted to the 5Î-side of that found in mixed-sequence nucleosomes. We also show that an 80-mer minicircle DNA using the same TG-motifs faithfully reproduces the CPD pattern in the nucleosome, indicating that it is a good model for protein-free rotationally phased bent DNA of the same curvature as in a nucleosome, and that bending is modulating CPD formation.
