RESUMEN
A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) foi implementada em 1994 de acordo com os princípios de universalidade, integralidade e equidade, que compõem o SUS, através da organização da Atenção Básica, constituída por uma equipe multiprofissional, que são responsáveis por identificar e tratar os agravos da comunidade. Sob a ótica da reorientação da atenção à saúde, criaram-se, em 2008, os Núcleos de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF) com a possibilidade de fortalecimento da Atenção Básica, tendo os profissionais ACS como um elo relevante entre a equipe de saúde e a população de um determinado território, levantando necessidades de saúde e possibilidades de intervenção junto aos demais trabalhadores das equipes. O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar a percepção dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde quanto ao Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família de Águas Lindas - Ananindeua - Pará. A pesquisa foi do tipo descritiva e observacional transversal, de caráter quanti-qualitativa, e realizada com 25 ACS das 6 (seis) Estratégias Saúde da Família vinculadas ao Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família de Águas Lindas - Ananindeua - Pará. A coleta foi composta pela aplicação de um questionário socioeconômico e demográfico e uma entrevista semiestruturada contendo perguntas sobre a prática profissional, processo de trabalho dos ACS, e sobre o conhecimento acerca do funcionamento do NASF. Tais profissionais são majoritariamente do sexo feminino (84%), com idade entre 41 a 45 anos, solteiros (52%), com ensino médio completo (64%) e renda de até 2 salários mínimos. Com a aplicação da entrevista, foi possível observar que os ACS possuem pouca percepção sobre o NASF, tendo como suas principais dificuldades de entendimento quais os profissionais que atuam e suas determinadas funções. Além disso, os entrevistados identificaram a necessidade de mais capacitações, oficinas, para o próprio crescimento profissional. A atuação do ACS está relacionada com o potencial de ser mediador comunitário e educador em saúde, capaz de identificar as necessidades sociais, representando um porta-voz da comunidade, a fim de envolver os usuários às ações de saúde e cooperar para fortalecer o Sistema Único de Saúde
The Family Health Strategy (FHS) was implemented in 1994 in accordance with the principles of universality, comprehensiveness and equity that make up the SUS, through the organization of primary care, consists of a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for identifying and treating community grievances. From the perspective of reorientation of health care , were created in 2008 , the Support Center for Family Health (NASF) with the possibility of strengthening primary care, taking the communitarian health agent (CHA) professionals as an important link between the health team and the population of a given territory , raising health needs and possibilities of intervention together with the other workers of the teams. The objective of the research was to analyze the perception of Community Health Agents regarding the Center for Support to Health Aguas Lindas Family - Ananindeua - Para. The research was cross descriptive and observational, of quantitative and qualitative character, and performed with 25 CHA of six (6) Family Health Strategies linked to the Center for Support to Health Aguas Lindas family - Ananindeua Para. The collection was made by applying a socioeconomic and demographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview with questions about professional practice, the CHA work process, and the knowledge about the functioning of the NASF. These professionals are mostly female (84%), aged 41-45 years old, unmarried (52%) with completed secondary education (64%) and income of up to two minimum salaries. With the application of the interview, it was observed that the CHA have little perception of the NASF, having as their main difficulties of understanding which the professionals who work and their specific functions. In addition, respondents identified the need for more training, workshops, for their own professional growth. The CHA operation is related to the potential to be community mediator and health educator, able to identify social needs, representing a community spokesperson, in order to involve users in health care and to cooperate to strengthen the Single System of health
