RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: to analyze health knowledge and practices among Quilombola men. METHODS: a qualitative, descriptive study, carried out with 40 men from two Quilombola communities in Santa Izabel do Pará, state of Pará, Brazil. Individual interviews were carried out using a semi-structured script. Text corpus was subjected to analysis with Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires 0.6, alpha 3, through Descending Hierarchical Classification. RESULTS: among participants, eight (20.00%) were aged 55 to 59 years. 382 text segments were identified, with 299 (78.27%) being used, generating five lexical classes, which made up two subcorpora. The classes were organized into four thematic axes, covering knowledge about health and practices to prevent and solve health problems. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: men highlighted popular/traditional wisdom permeated by biomedical knowledge, translating their understanding of how to act to remain or become healthy.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: to develop, in a participatory way, an educational technology to assist nurses in the management of tuberculosis cases in Primary Health Care. METHODS: methodological research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected between June and October 2022, in 25 Basic Health Units, with 41 nurses interviewed individually. Thematic content analysis was carried out to guide technology elaboration. RESULTS: three empirical categories were organized, demonstrating the facilities and difficulties in tuberculosis management, the conceptions about educational technology as a facilitator of the teaching-learning process in Primary Health Care and participatory development of technology. Nurses were in favor of constructing an instructional guide technology, and made suggestions to encourage its creation and use in daily service routine. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: the participatory process made it possible to create technology to assist nurses in the teaching-learning process in Primary Health Care about caring for people with tuberculosis.

RESUMEN Objetivo: desarrollar, de forma participativa, una tecnología educativa para auxiliar a los enfermeros en el manejo de casos de tuberculosis en la Atención Primaria de Salud. Métodos: investigación metodológica con enfoque cualitativo. Los datos fueron recolectados entre junio y octubre de 2022, en 25 Unidades Básicas de Salud, con 41 enfermeros entrevistados individualmente. Se realizó un análisis de contenido temático para orientar la elaboración de la tecnología. Resultados: se organizaron tres categorías empíricas, demostrando las facilidades y dificultades en el manejo de la tuberculosis, las concepciones sobre la tecnología educativa como facilitadora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Atención Primaria de Salud y el desarrollo participativo de la tecnología. Los enfermeros se mostraron a favor de la construcción de una tecnología en forma de guía instructiva y realizaron sugerencias para incentivar su creación y uso en el cotidiano de los servicios. Consideraciones finales: el proceso participativo posibilitó la creación de tecnología para asistir a los enfermeros en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Atención Primaria de Salud sobre el cuidado de las personas con tuberculosis.


RESUMO Objetivo: elaborar, de forma participativa, uma tecnologia educacional para auxiliar enfermeiros no manejo dos casos de tuberculose na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Métodos: pesquisa metodológica com abordagem qualitativa. Os dados foram coletados entre junho e outubro de 2022, em 25 Unidades Básicas de Saúde, com 41 enfermeiros entrevistados individualmente. Realizou-se análise de conteúdo temática para guiar a elaboração da tecnologia. Resultados: organizaram-se três categorias empíricas, demonstrando as facilidades e dificuldades no manejo da tuberculose, as concepções sobre tecnologia educacional como facilitadora do processo ensino-aprendizagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde e o desenvolvimento participativo da tecnologia. Os enfermeiros foram favoráveis à construção de uma tecnologia na forma de guia instrutivo, e teceram sugestões para incentivar sua criação e utilização no cotidiano dos serviços. Considerações finais: o processo participativo possibilitou criar a tecnologia para auxiliar enfermeiros no processo ensino-aprendizagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde sobre os cuidados à pessoa com tuberculose.

RESUMO Objetivo: analisar os saberes e as práticas sobre saúde entre homens quilombolas. Métodos: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, realizado com 40 homens de duas comunidades quilombolas de Santa Izabel do Pará, estado do Pará, Brasil. Realizaram-se entrevistas individuais, utilizando roteiro semiestruturado. O corpus textual foi submetido à análise com o software Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires 0.6, alpha 3, por meio da Classificação Hierárquica Descendente. Resultados: entre os participantes, oito (20,00%) estavam na faixa etária de 55 a 59 anos. Identificaram-se 382 segmentos de textos, com aproveitamento de 299 (78,27%), gerando cinco classes lexicais, que compuseram dois subcorpora. As classes foram organizadas em quatro eixos temáticos, abordando os saberes sobre saúde e as práticas para prevenir e resolver problemas de saúde. Considerações finais: os homens destacaram a sabedoria popular/tradicional permeada por conhecimentos biomédicos, traduzindo suas compreensões sobre como agir para permanecerem ou se tornarem saudáveis.

Métodos: estudio cualitativo, descriptivo, realizado con 40 hombres de dos comunidades quilombolas de Santa Izabel do Pará, estado de Pará, Brasil. Las entrevistas individuales se realizaron mediante un guión semiestructurado. El corpus textual fue sometido a análisis con Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires 0.6, alpha 3, mediante Clasificación Jerárquica Descendente. Resultados: entre los participantes, ocho (20,00%) tenían entre 55 y 59 años. Se identificaron 382 segmentos textuales, de los cuales se utilizaron 299 (78,27%), generándose cinco clases léxicas, que conformaron dos subcorpora. Las clases se organizaron en cuatro ejes temáticos, abarcando conocimientos sobre salud y prácticas para prevenir y resolver problemas de salud. Consideraciones finales: los hombres resaltaron la sabiduría popular/tradicional impregnada de conocimientos biomédicos, traduciendo su comprensión de cómo actuar para permanecer o volverse saludables.
