RESUMEN

Compound "C" which was synthesized in Institute of Organic Chemistry NA of Science unite in one molecule remnant of 4-aril-1,4-dihydropyridin kernek cause it as calcium channel block-up property and group of molecule pinacidil which determine if effect as activation potassium channels. This compound cause essential decrease arterial pressure and total periphery resistance of vessels. The decrease this figures of hemodynamic connect with reducing vessels tone. This is proved by substantial decrease contractile activity isolated strips of aorta and portal vein by compound "C". The mechanism reducing tone, as demonstrate investigations on isolated solitary smooth muscle mesenterial arteries, cause with increase potassium current, hyperpolarization of cell's membrane, and with depresses calcium current in L-type Ca(2+) channels.

RESUMEN

The authors made a comparative analysis of structural and functional changes of the myocardium of 21 dogs after a 30 minute limitation of the blood circulation in the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery with subsequent 30-minute reperfusion during intravenous administration of verapamil in the period and before the beginning of limitation of the coronary circulation. Verapamil produced an essential cardioprotective effect during its preventive use. The effect was less pronounced when the agent was administered after the development of ischemia.

RESUMEN

Nitroglycerin was shown to induce significant positive inotropic effect in adequate oxygen supply in isolated papillary muscles of the rat heart left ventricle. The effect depended upon inotropic reserve of the myocardium. The decrease in oxygen supply of papillary muscles inhibited their contractile activity. In these conditions, nitroglycerin exerted no positive inotropic influence on papillary muscles. Positive inotropic action of nitroglycerin became weaker after preliminary perfusion of papillary muscles with propranolol. Calcium antagonist verapamil completely abolished the positive inotropic action of nitroglycerin. The data suggest that positive inotropic action of nitroglycerin depends upon transsarcolemmal influx of calcium ions and is partially associated with the stimulation of myocardiac beta-receptors.
