RESUMEN
Isolated prostate tuberculosis is uncommon. Authors report herein the case of 64-year-old man who presented obstructive syndrome of low urinary tract. After clinical and biological examination, and imagery, prostate cancer was highly suspected. Transrectal biopsy was performed and histological examination showed tuberculosis lesions. We suggest that prostate tuberculosis should be evoked in old patient presenting similar signs and living in tuberculosis endemic zone.

Myopericytoma is a ubiquitous, benign tumor that is likely to be found in the muscular-cutaneous system. Symptoms are related to its location and to the mass effect it may cause on surrounding organs. Diagnosis is usually made by the pathologist and treatment is surgical. We report herein a rare thoracic location in a 4-year-old girl.

La presence de corps etrangers intra-rectaux est peu courante dans les pays en developpement et les praticiens qui y exercent y sont rarement confrontes. Nous en rapportons un cas observe chez un patient de 30 ans se manifestant par un syndrome occlusif. Un interrogatoire minutieux et l'examen radiographique avaient permis le diagnostic. L'extraction par voie basse ayant echoue; le corps etranger avait ete refoule vers l'anus sans ouverture de la lumiere colo-rectale lors d'une laparotomie. Les auteurs discutent a partir de cette observation des particularites de la prise en charge d'une telle situation dans le contexte socio-culturel d'un pays en developpement comme le notre
