RESUMEN
Noradrenergic and GABA-ergic systems were correlated and dominated in the processes of spinal cord segmentary apparatus superactivity compensation. An increase in c-GMP content in the spinal cord suggests an intensification of the activation mechanism. An increase in the c-AMP content may suggest an inhibition of the compensatory intensification of noradrenergic or GABA-ergic mechanisms.

The influence of modulated UHF-electromagnetic fields (low intensity) on calmodulin levels in several brain structures was studied. It was shown that UHF-electromagnetic fields influence calmodulin levels in the hypothalamus and sensorimotor cortex. Its effect depends on modulation regimes.

The Diazepam-binding inhibitor (DBI) levels were studied under stress-reaction condition and after diazepam and N6-cyclohexyladenosine injections. The radioimmune method was used to study the DBI levels. It was shown, that DBI level increased during stress-reaction. Diazepam and N6-cyclohexyladenosine injection decreased DBI level in these conditions. On the basis of these data the authors proposed the hypothetic model of interaction between adenosine receptors and GABA-Benzodiazepine-receptor complex.

Several N6-adenosine analogs were synthesized and their A1-purine receptor binding affinities were determined. Our results demonstrate that N6-allyl- and N6-aminopropanol-adenosine increase affinities to A1-purine receptor in guinea pig ileum.

Adenosine influence on cAMP and cGMP levels in cortex, hypothalamus, hippocampus and cerebellum was studied. It was established that adenosine and inhibitor of its reuptake--dipyridamole change cyclic nucleotide levels in some structures of brain (intraperitoneal injection). It was shown that cAMP and cGMP were in reciprocal relations in cortex, but not in hypothalamus, hippocampus and cerebellum.

In anesthetized rats a 30-min intravenous infusion of adenosine (2.5 mg/kg/min) performed after the coronary artery ligation significantly decreased the incidence and severity of early ischemic arrhythmias. After the infusion of adenosine, there was an increase in cGMP level in the left ventricular myocardium, cAMP content remained unchanged.

Red blood cells of sheep were shown to increase cAMP and cGMP levels in the rat spleen cells. The noradrenaline and adrenaline levels increased within first minutes after immunization in spleen tissue. Adrenalectomia counteracted the increase of cAMP and induced no change in the cGMP levels in spleen cells. HJydrocortisone (50 mg/kg) inhibited cyclic nucleotide responses to the sheep red blood cells.
