RESUMEN
Experimental evidence for a strong influence of the radial electric field on energy deposition into thin metal wires during their electrical explosion in vacuum is presented. Explosion of the metal wire with a positive polarity when the radial electric field "pushes" electrons into the wire results in twice as much deposited energy than with the negative polarity when the radial field "expels" electrons from the wires. Moreover, the axial structure of the deposited energy changes. This effect can be explained by the influence of radial electric field on electronic emission and on vapor breakdown along the wire surface.
RESUMEN
Antitumour activity of cerebral cells at different stages of ontogenesis (embryonic, new-born, adult) has been studied. Researches have been carried out at killer-activity patterns in vitro with target-cells and tumour transplantation under mice kidney's capsule in vivo. It has been established that mice cerebral cells' suspension can decrease the tumour transplants' growth under kidney's capsule. Antiproliferative activity of embryonic and new-born mice cerebral cells was much higher than adult one. The kidney and liver new-born mice cells had no antiproliferative activity at all.

The work deals with the results of study of the antineoplastic activity of a Soviet produced antineoplastic antibiotic reumycin in relation to 35 glial tumors of various degrees of malignancy in primary cultures and in heterotransplantation under the capsule of kidneys in mice. In tissue cultures 71.5% of gliomas were sensitive to reumycin, in the subcapsular test 75% of tumors proved to be reumycin sensitive with fluctuations of inhibited growth of heterotransplants within a range of 27-75%. Among the reumycin resistant tumors, the cultures of one of the glioblastomas showed stimulation of proliferation, which justifies the necessity for testing the individual sensitivity of the tumor to reumycin in each concrete patient.
