RESUMEN

An ischemic intestinal affection is observed frequently, its diagnosis difficult, mortality is high. In the clinic there were followed 47 patients with an ischemic intestinal affection. In 24 of them the etiology of ischemia was mesenterial thrombosis, in 23--strangulational ileus. While the doubt in intestinal viability existed, relaparotomy was performed for its state estimation and in necrosis-resection with primary anastomosis conduction. Mortality was 2.1%. Application of such a tactic had permitted to reduce significantly the frequency of resection conduction while doubt in intestinal viability present as well as mortality--in intestinal necrosis.

RESUMEN

There were examined 124 patients with nidal affection of liver. In 52.4% of them the cyst was revealed, in 31.5%--the benign tumor, in 16.1%--malignancy. In the treatment of cyst of all sizes the puncture method with injection into her cavity of 96% ethanol solution was applied. Benign tumor was verified using the puncture biopsy. If the tumor less than 5 cm in diameter was present, the atypical hepatic resection was performed, if bigger one--hemihepatectomy. Mortality had constituted 3-8%. Surgical tactics is substantiated.

RESUMEN

There were examined 106 patients with purulent-necrotic complications (PNC) of erysipelas and 102 patients without PNC. Significant disorders of the immune status were revealed: the reduction of T-lymphocytes quantity, their subpopulational content dysbalance, the rise of level of a middle- and small-molecular immune complexes. In patients with PNC the immunocorrection conduction is expedient.

RESUMEN

The dynamics of the leukocyte index of intoxication (LII) and the blood-cell index (BCI) was studied in 2756 patients with erysipelas. Both indexes, raised at the height of the disease, are lowering under the therapy influence. At the purulent-inflammatory complications beginning the LII and BCI level remains high or raises 2-3 days before occurrence of clinical signs of complication. The application of above-mentioned indexes for prognostication and diagnosis is possible.

RESUMEN

A course of the disease was studied in 190 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension without bleeding as well as in 107 patients with bleeding from esophageal and gastric varices. The Wald's consecutive analysis with derivation of a summary diagnostic coefficient on the basis of 13 clinical signs was used. Effectiveness of the method was assessed by means of retrospective analysis of 150 case records and long-term results of treatment of 30 patients. The method permits to predict the development of gastroesophageal bleeding in 95.4% of cases.

RESUMEN

The analysis of early operative treatment of gastric and intestinal fistulas in eventration in 36 patients is presented. A method of early autodermoplasty in combination with constant aspiration and return of the intestinal contents has been used.

RESUMEN

Examined were 92 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis, who were admitted to the hospital for the elective operative intervention. In these patients before the operation, T-lymphocytopenia, reduction of the helpers/suppressors index, number of the theophylline-resistant lymphocytes, IgA level in the blood serum, increase of the CIC number were noted.

RESUMEN

Into the complex of treatment of 46 patients with non-circumscribed peritonitis, the thymalin immunocorrector was included. Intramuscular injection had no significant effect on the local factors of immune protection of the abdominal cavity. In thymalin administration into the great omentum, the systemic immunodeficient state and local immunodepression were eliminated.
