On the 50 volunteers from 20 to 40 years old gomeostasis indexes of inoculating by staphylococci cleaning adsorbing anatoxini donors, before have been revactinated against tetanus, were studied. It was established, that attract of plasmaferes donors to consistent immunization by tetani and staphylococci anatoxini don't call negative alterations in their gomeostasis indexes. Results of study demonstrate, that it's possibly to attract for immunization by staphylococci anatoxini donors, before have been revactinated against tetanus.

Human blood antipseudomonas preparation activity has been studied on the model of Ps. Aeruginosa etiology sepsis in white not pedigree mice. It has been found out that antipseudomonas plasma and antipseudomonas immunoglobulin with antibody tire 1:80 possess marked therapeutic properties. The obtained results of the experimental studies are the grounds for clinical studies carrying out with the use of blood antipseudomonas preparations in combined therapy of the patients with diseases of Ps. Aeruginosa etiology.

Food influence, including raw meat with radionuclides (6.66 x 10(3) - 20.72 x 10(3) Bq/kg) during 30 days, on some homeostasis values was studied in white not pedigree rats. Erythrocyte number decrease, leukocyte total number increase by twice, young cell-metamyelocyte appearance, the decrease of total protein quantity and of blood serum gamma-globulin fraction level, liver enzyme activity decrease, and liver function disturbance have been ascertained. The obtained data can be the grounds for the future studies in the field of prognostic criterion development for the evaluation of ionizing irradiation small dose effect on the organism.

Natural antileptospirosis immunity of blood giving capable population of Kyïv was studied in 853 persons. It has been ascertained that during a year natural antileptospirosis antibodies can be found out in blood serum of people with different by ABO system blood groups. Antileptospirosis antibodies of high titres (> 1:80) are mostly present in spring and autumn.

Over the period of 1986-1990 a comprehensive evaluation was carried out in a series of a 5578 subjects exposed to ionizing radiation because of Chernobyl NPP breakdown, using hematologic, immunologic and biochemical methods of investigation. The above series included liquidators of aftermath of the accident, residents of Pripyat' and Kiev. Changes were revealed in all the parameters studied. In view of the abnormal changes in the values for blood, immunologic status and biochemical tests characterizing the functional state of the liver in those subjects having been in the area of abnormal radiation, as well as its potential remote sequelae, it is advisable that the above contingents of the population be under prophylactic management.

Antidiphtheritic antibodies were studied in the blood serum of Kiev and Kiev region population capable of blood donation (984 persons). It has been found out that antidiphtheritic antibodies were present in men's and women's blood serum of different blood groups (by ABO system) during a year. Antidiphtheritic antibodies with high titers > 1.80 were most often found in autumn, winter and spring in people having A (II), B (III) and AB (IV) blood groups.

Dynamics of the content of antiproteic antibodies in the recipient blood serum was studied during intravenous and intramuscular passive immunization with allogenic antiproteic blood preparations. Experiments were carried out on 98 Chinchilla rabbits. Doses of the injected preparation, specific antibodies titres and the number of injections were varied. The schemes of application of antiproteic plasma and antiproteic immunoglobulin are presented.

Studied were particular features of peripheral blood, certain immunological and biochemical indices under long-term exposure of human body to radiation after the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The study comprised 5578 individuals. The examinees were liquidators of the Chernobyl accident sequels (n = 1052), inhabitants of Pripyat evacuated from the town (n = 850), the Kiev SSBT primary donors (n = 1738). Control group consisted of 936 Kievans who had been examined before the accident between 1982-1985 by the same methods. The results obtained allowed for the most informative indices to be found in order that risk groups might be formed.

The possibility to produce the anti-Proteus plasma is experimentally substantiated. It is determined that polyvalent Proteus antigen immunization permits producing blood immune preparation, that is the high-active anti-Proteus plasma. its antibodies belonging to the class of immunoglobulin G. The anti-Proteus plasma in liquid (at t = 6 degrees divided by 2 degrees C) and in frozen (at t = 20 degrees-5 degrees C) forms retains the specific activity for 3 days and 6 months, respectively.

The natural anti-pyocyanic and anti-Proteus immunity of donorable population of Kiev before the accident at Chernobyl Atomic Power Plant has been studied. Blood serums of 3024 deliberately non-immunized persons have been studied. It is determined that there are natural anti-pyocyanic and anti-Proteus antibodies in blood serum of people with different group belonging during the all periods of a year (by ABO system). The anti-pyocyanic and anti-Proteus antibodies of high titers in blood serum are found in summer most frequently.

The comparative study of the isolation rate, level, antigenic and class specificity of serum antibodies to the causative agents of purulent septic infections (Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis) and acute enteric infections in healthy adults with different ABO blood groups before (836 persons) and after (1,429 persons) the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power station was made. The study revealed the fact that the genesis of antibodies directed against different microorganisms can be stimulated without additional antigenic challenge in the form of disease or immunization, which was definitely indicative of the influence of small radiation doses in Kiev on the humoral immunity of the population. The multifactor character of the dependence of antibacterial antibody formation under altered radiation conditions on the specific features of the infective agent and the intensity of its circulation among the population, individual immune responsiveness of the body and concrete radiation conditions was established.
