RESUMEN
It is reported on the malignant course of a case of rheumatoid arthritis, in which the participation of the heart became the cause of death. Here it is stated that we certainly enlarge our knowledge on the participation of the heart by modern cardiological diagnostics, but therapeutically are not yet able to engage decisively in the fateful course of the systemic rheumatoid basic disease. Therefore, efforts about an early cardiologic diagnosis are at present not yet of therapeutic consequences.

Apart from the description of the typical clinical symptoms of the Wegener's granulomatosis the author particularly deals with the difficulties of the establishment of the diagnosis and their differential diagnosis. In these cases it is particularly aimed at the differential diagnosis of the primary vasculitides and to the granulomatous diseases in the area of the middle part of the face. For the therapeutic approaches in every case a possibly exact diagnosis is to be demanded. It must be admonished against the fact to begin an immunological therapy already at the suspicion of a Wegener's granulomatosis. The diagnosis must be ascertained either by the proof of organ manifestations (lung, kidney) or by repeated histological confirmation of the diagnosis.

Report on an extended thrombosis of the lower leg and the femur in which after a successless ambulatory treatment of one year an arthrocele of the knee-joint of the size of a fist could be proved. After operative removal of it a clinical regression of all symptoms of phlebothrombosis over a period of 2 years was observed. It is recommended to observe increasingly the in no case rare arthroceles in the thromboses of the lower extremities and if the occasion arises to include their operative treatment in the therapeutic considerations.

It is reported on a 21-year-old patient with Klippel-Trenaunay's syndrome and simultaneous intestinal haemorrhage. Anamnesis and histological findings are discussed and the problems of therapy are explained. In the discussion the knowledge of the peripheral angiodysplasias and their differential diagnosis in literature are entered. Comparative considerations concerning the own case are made.

It is reported on a 42-year-old female patient with panniculitis nodularis non suppurativa (Weber-Christian's syndrome). Anamnesis and histological findings are discussed and the therapy is explained. In the discussion the finally still unknown etiology (allergic, autoimmunological) as well as the differential diagnosis (focal panniculitis, lipomatosis subcutanea, erythema nodosum and others) are explained.
