Within the framework of the study, conditions are analyzed, cost estimates and other characteristics of large construction projects in the medical field are presented. The article analyzes investment projects of construction medical facilities in the Russian Federation. Plans for the development of some large medical networks are also briefly highlighted. A review of literature sources on health development programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation was conducted, federal target programs were considered, investment projects for the construction of medical facilities planned for completion in 2023-2025 were studied. Some analytical results of monitoring for 2020-2023 on the activity of the investment market in the direction of the Russian strategic and institutional design of the construction of medical facilities in the Russian Federation are presented.

The article examines the modern aspects of the development of Russian healthcare in the regional context with an analysis of the main implemented measures and sources of financing. The efficiency of the industry's functioning directly affects the life expectancy and health of citizens; therefore, the analysis of priorities and sources of their financing is an urgent area of research. Most of the projects and plans in healthcare are focused on the long term, so the main part of the subprograms does not change significantly, defining the strategy, but priorities may change in the short term, and accordingly funding will be adjusted in the context of the main sources. Taking into account the leading positions of the region, we can note its leadership in the development of the industry in question. The socio-economic situation in the country also has an impact, for example, most experts pay attention to the fact that prices for medicines and medical equipment have increased, and this creates additional difficulties during planning and forecasting. Some expenses are simply necessary and at the same time take away significant funding - paying for medical care to the insured unemployed population and providing subsidies to state budgetary healthcare institutions, reducing the possibilities of other areas. The main source of financing for most subprograms is the budget of the Krasnodar Territory, the federal budget participates to a much lesser extent. The article touches upon the factors influencing the implementation of the state program «Development of healthcare¼ in the region and, as a result, the main key indicators of quality of life. The conducted practical research made it possible to determine in detail the current trends in the development of the industry in the regional aspect (using the example of the Krasnodar Territory).

The article considers mechanisms of cooperation of medical organizations of various forms of property, intersectoral interaction with purpose to unify resources of organizations to resolve established tasks, to form large medical clusters and to organize interaction of medical organizations with recreation structures. The actuality of issue is conditioned by the fact that population health is the most important value of society. This value is ultimate condition of prosperity and well-being of any state and depends on quality of medical care and efficiency of functioning of medical care system. In many countries occurs search for new mechanisms permitting to increase quality of medical care and its accessibility. The issues of interaction private sector with state system of financing of health care and state medical organizations, including development of integration mechanisms in health care system with private medicine potentials to update health care system is agenda priority. The purpose of the study is to consider modern mechanisms of integration of organizations in health care system and practical involvement into action.

The article considers actual aspects of participation of private clinics in implementation of territorial program of mandatory medical insurance from position of development of mechanism of interaction at micro-level. The principles of public-private partnership are gaining more popularity in social sphere, especially in health care. In Russia, private clinics developed their own motives to participate in implementation of territorial program of mandatory medical insurance, but mechanism itself is not always elaborated considering regional characteristics. Therefore, medical organizations encounter problems concerning implementation of mechanism of public-private partnership: application deadline, normative legal base, positioning of executive and regulatory authorities, etc. The situation is aggravated by lacking of municipal health care departments in region that could inform private business about its corresponding rights and obligations. The problems of implementing public-private partnership are analyzed and mechanism of participation of private clinics in implementation of program of mandatory medical insurance (as exemplified by the Krasnodar Kray). The study permitted to determine detailed algorithm of participation of private medical organizations in program of mandatory medical insurance. The study results permitted to scope regional features of development of interaction between state and business.

The health care problems are considered in detail both in the program and non-program activities of the sector state regulatory bodies. The public-private partnership, in particular, participation of private clinics in the system of mandatory health insurance can become one of the effective tools to cope with many problems. The article analyzes participation of private clinics in implementing territorial program of mandatory health insurance as exemplified by the Krasnodar Krai. This is to provide guaranteed free medical care by private clinics of municipalities in the Krai. The regional features of public-private partnership in health care are considered in fairly prosperous Russian region that allow to develop positive scenario. Out of the total number of medical organizations, potential participants of the mandatory health insurance system the private clinics were identified. The analysis of participation of private medical organizations in the mandatory medical insurance system was carried out in context of two main classification criteria: geographical location and the type of medical services. According to the study results, the structure of private clinics of the Krasnodar Krai participating in mandatory health insurance program on a territorial basis is determined. The types of medical care that are not carried out by the selected companies, as well as the types of medical services that are in demand by private clinics are established. The list of private clinics participating in territorial mandatory health insurance program with the widest range of services is determined. The matrix of participation of private clinics in mandatory health insurance system was developed on the example of the Krasnodar Krai.

The article considers topical aspects of formation of motivational and stimulating component of remuneration in non-state health care institutions. This organizational legal type of medical organization presupposes specific characteristics of financial economic functioning and processes of organization of remuneration fund. In Russia, state and municipal medical organizations provide own sources of motivational component, that much more depend on implementation of mandatory medical insurance territorial programs. In case of non-state clinics quite different sources of employees' incentives of improving quality and productivity of labor exist. The non-state health care institutions occupy in-between position with their financial opportunities between state (municipal) and private structures. Most non-state health care institutions are of departmental subordination. The article deals with issues of development of motivational and incentive mechanisms as exemplified by JSC "Russian Railways". The empirical research permitted to specify in detail algorithm of process of organization of remuneration fund with designation of system of indicators for bonuses distribution. The specific characteristics of development of motivational and incentive systems of remuneration fund in non-state health care institutions are identified.

The article considers the statistical justification of the need to minimize the load on the spine of students, both in Russia and in foreign countries and the main directions and multi-aspect regulation of optimizing the load on the spine, since this factor plays a key role in the formation of the health of the whole organism. The movement, correct posture, comfortable clothes and shoes, rationally selected chairs and beds allow you to maintain health of the spine, and the overload, in particular heavy school backpacks have a negative effect on its development and functioning. The issue of the load on the spine of schoolchildren attracts attention of the government, physicians, parents and teachers. The problem really exists and it is not solved yet, despite significant efforts in this direction. The numerous Russian and foreign studies carried out by medical experts, students and teachers confirm the facts of violation of SanPiNs, supporting actuality of research topic. The electronic textbooks can be a key point in solving this problem.
