RESUMEN

For the development of selective and sensitive chemical sensors, we have developed a new family of poly(ether-phosphoramide) polymers. These polymers were obtained with satisfactory yields by nucleophilic aromatic polycondensation using isosorbide as green resources, and bisphenol A with two novel difluoro phosphinothioic amide monomers. Unprecedented, the thiophosphorylated aminoheterocycles monomers, functionalized with two heterocyclic amine, N-methylpiperazine and morpholine were successfully obtained by nucleophilic substitution reaction of P(S)-Cl compound. The resulting polymers were characterized by different analytical techniques (NMR, MALDI-ToF MS, GPC, DSC, and ATG). The resulting partially green polymers, having tertiary phosphine sulfide with P-N side chain functionalities along the main chain of polymers are the sensitive film at the surface of a gold electrode for the impedimetric detection of Cd, Ni, Pb and Hg. The bio-based poly(ether-phosphoramide) functionalized with N-methylpiperazine modified sensor showed better analytical performance than petrochemical based polymers for the detection of Ni2+. A detection limit of 50 pM was obtained which is very low compared to the previously published electrochemical sensors for nickel detection.

RESUMEN

The synthesis and the effect of a novel MIF-1 analogue on nociception during acute pain in rat model are reported. The synthesis of this enantiopure trifluoromethyl group containing tripeptide was performed through a peptide coupling reaction between the HCl. Leu-Gly-NH2 and the (S)-α-Tfm-proline. The analgesic effect of the CF3-(MIF-1) 2 has been evaluated in vivo on rat model by paw pressure (PP) and hot plate (HP) tests and compared to the native peptide MIF-1. Highest analgesic effect was observed with CF3-(MIF-1) 2 only in PP test. In order to study the mechanisms of nociception induced by the studied peptides, the involvement of the opioid and the nitric oxideergic systems was investigated. The results are in favor of a participation of both system since pretreatment, 20 min before injection of the CF3-(MIF-1) 2, with the non-competitive antagonist of opiate receptors naloxone, the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor l-N(G)-nitroarginine ester (l-NAME) or the nitric oxide (NO) donor l-arginine (l-Arg) significantly decreased the pain perception in PP and HP tests.

RESUMEN

This article deal with the parallel synthesis of a 96 product-sized library using a polymer-based copper catalyst that we developed which can be easily separated from the products by simple filtration. This gave us the opportunity to use this catalyst in an automated chemical synthesis station (Chemspeed ASW-2000). Studies and results about the preparation of the catalyst, its use in different solvent systems, its recycling capabilities and its scope and limitations in the synthesis of this library will be addressed. The synthesis of the triazole library and the very good results obtained will finally be discussed.

RESUMEN

A solvent-free synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles using neat azides and alkynes and a copper(I) polymer supported catalyst (Amberlyst) A21*CuI) is presented herein. As it provides the products in high yields and purities within minutes, this method thus being characterized as a "flash" synthesis, and was exemplified through the synthesis of a 24-compound library on a small scale.
