A method for determination of threshold and maximal noneffective concentrations in atmospheric air based on individual diagnostic characteristic of organism status is suggested. Comparative analysis of the main toxicometric parameters determined with the help of individual functional indices is made.

A method for measuring nitrogen dioxide (ND) individual exposure was developed. Levels of ND in lodgings and outside air were measured. On the whole these levels were different: in lodging air lower than outside; but if there were gas sources in lodgings it was vice versa.

Allergic diseases occupy the leading position in the structure of childhood pathology. The rates of the growth of the allergic disease incidence among children are considerably higher than those among adults. It has been revealed that the prevalence and the course of allergic diseases in children are influenced by atmospheric air and house air medium pollution with chemical agents.
