RESUMEN

Anion exchange membranes (AEMs) are the heart of alkaline fuel cells and water electrolysis, and have made a great progress in recent years. However, AEMs are still unable to satisfy the needs of high conductivity and stability, hindering their widespread commercialization. Side chain regulations have been widely used to prepare highly conductive and durable AEMs. Here, we construct a series of polyaromatic AEMs grafted with fluorinated cation side chains and cation-free alkyl chains with different end groups to explore the polar discrimination of side chains on membrane performance. This work demonstrates that AEMs grafting the cation side chains with superhydrophobic fluorine pendent and alkyl side chains with hydrophilic pendent enhance water content and ion conductivity. This is due to the strong immiscibility between the hydrophilic and hydrophobic head groups which promotes the establishments of microphase separation and ion highways. Specifically, poly(binaphthyl-co-terphenyl piperidinium) containing fluorinated piperidinium side chains and alkyl chains with methoxy pendent (QBNTP-QFM) possesses a satisficed OH- conductivity (170.6 mS cm-1 at 80 °C) and can tolerate 5 M hot NaOH for 2100 h with only 3.4 % conductivity loss. Expectedly, the single cell with QBNTP-QFM yields a prominent maximum power density of 1.62 W cm-2 and the water electrolysis cell with QBNTP-QFM achieves a pronounced current density of 3.0 A cm-2 at 1.8 V, both cells also display a prominent durability for 120 h operation. The results prove that this side chain optimization can improve ion conductivity and is a promising method for AEM development.

RESUMEN

In order to realise high ionic conductivity and improved chemical stability, a series of anion exchange membranes (AEMs) with semi-interpenetrating polymer network (sIPN) has been prepared via the incorporation of crosslinked poly(biphenyl N-methylpiperidine) (PBP) and spirobisindane-based intrinsically microporous poly(ether ketone) (PEK-SBI). The formation of phase separated structures as a result of the incompatibility between the hydrophilic PBP network and the hydrophobic PEK-SBI segment, has successfully promoted the hydroxide ion conductivity of AEMs. A swelling ratio (SR) as low as 12.2 % at 80 °C was recorded for the sIPN containing hydrophobic PEK-SBI as the linear polymer and crosslinked structure with a mass ratio of PBP to PEK-SBI of 90/10 (sIPN-90/10(PEK-SBI)). The sIPN-90/10(PEK-SBI) AEM achieved the highest hydroxide ion conductivity of 122.4 mS cm-1 at 80 °C and a recorded ion exchange capacity (IEC) of 2.26 meq g-1. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) clearly revealed the improved phase separation structure of sIPN-90/10(PEK-SBI). N2 adsorption isotherm indicated that the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area of the AEMs increased with the increase of microporous PEK-SBI content. Interestingly, the sIPN-90/10(PEK-SBI) AEM showed good alkaline stability for being able to maintain a conductivity of 94.7 % despite being soaked in a 1 M sodium hydroxide solution at 80 °C for 30 days. Meanwhile, a peak power density of 481 mW cm-2 can be achieved by the hydrogen/oxygen single cell using sIPN-90/10(PEK-SBI) as the AEM.

RESUMEN

Objective:To determine the association between recreational drug usage, high risk sexual behavior, and HIV infection among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Jinhua. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to recruit MSM for anonymous questionnaire survey and serological examination. We used EpiData3.1 for data entry and SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 368 MSM were surveyed, in which the proportion of recreational drug usage was 13.3% ( 49 / 368 ), with the HIV infection of 10.3% (38/ 368 ) and syphilis infection of 8.9% (25/368). Risk factors associated with recreational drug usage were determined to be part-time job or being unemployed (OR=5.26; 95%CI: 2.10-13.18; P<0.001), average monthly income ≥CNY 5 000 (OR=6.45; 95%CI: 2.87-14.61; P<0.001), education level of high school or above (OR=1.56; 95%CI: 1.37-3.57; P=0.037), sexual orientation being homosexual(OR=3.52; 95%CI: 1.60-7.33; P=0.002), number of sexual partners >1 (OR=4.37; 95%CI: 1.76-10.82; P=0.001), engaged in group sex (OR=7.90; 95%CI: 2.11-29.55; P=0.002) and previously diagnosed sexually transmitted diseases (OR=4.76; 95%CI: 1.29-17.65;P=0.019). Conclusion:Prevalence of recreational drug usage among MSM in Jinhua is relatively low. MSM with part-time or unemployed status, monthly income ≥CNY 5 000, higher education level, homosexual orientation, multiple sexual partners, sexually transmitted diseases and group sex behavior are the risk factors associated with recreational drug usage in Jinhua city. Targeted countermeasures should be considered for intervention.

RESUMEN

Objective@#To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection and peripheral blood CD14 CD16 monocytes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CHD), and to elucidate the mechanism of pathogenesis in CHD by analyzing the correlation between infection, inflammation, and CHD, to provide a basis for the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of the disease.@*Methods@#In total, 192 patients with CHD were divided into three groups: latent CHD, angina pectoris, and myocardial infarction. HCMV-IgM and -IgG antibodies were assessed using ELISA; CD14 CD16 monocytes were counted using a five-type automated hematology analyzer; mononuclear cells were assessed using fluorescence-activated cell sorting; and an automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the levels of triglyceride, cholesterol, high- and low-density lipoprotein cholesterols, lipoprotein, hs-CRp and Hcy.@*Results@#The positive rates of HCMV-IgM and -IgG were significantly higher in the CHD groups than in the control group. HCMV infection affects lipid metabolism to promote immune and inflammatory responses.@*Conclusion@#HCMV infection has a specific correlation with the occurrence and development of CHD. The expression of CD14 CD16 mononuclear cells in the CHD group was increased accordingly and correlated with acute HCMV infection. Thus, HCMV antibody as well as peripheral blood CD14 CD16 mononuclear cells can be used to monitor the occurrence and development of CHD.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE@#LASS2/TMSG1 gene is a novel tumor metastasis suppressor gene cloned from human prostate cancer cell line PC-3M in 1999 by Department of Pathology,Peking University of Basic Medical Sciences. It was found out that protein encoded by LASS2/TMSG1 could interact with the c subunit of vacuolar-ATPase (ATP6V0C). In this study, we explored the effect of LASS2/TMSG1 and its mutants on proliferation, migration and invasion of human prostate cancer cells and its molecular mechanism.@*METHODS@#We constructed four LASS2/TMSG1 mutants and stably transfected the variants to human prostate cancer cell line PC-3M-1E8 cell with high metastatic potential. The stable transfectants were identified by qPCR and Western blot through analyzing the expression of LASS2/TMSG1 and ATP6V0C, the cell biology functions of LASS2/TMSG1 and its four mutants were studied using growth curve,MTT assay, soft agar colony formation assay, wound migration assay, Matrigel invasion study and flow cytometry. Furthermore, immunofluorescence was used to analysis the interaction of LASS2/ TMSG1 mutants and ATP6V0C.@*RESULTS@#LASS2/TMSG1 mRNA and protein in LASS2/TMSG1 group and Mut1-Mut4 groups were higher than that in Vector group; Western blot showed that ATP6V0C protein in LASS2/TMSG1 wild group was lower than that in Vector group, but ATP6V0C protein in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was obviously higher than that in Vector group. MTT test and growth curve assay showed growth ability in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was increasing compared with other groups from day 5. Soft Agar colony formation experiment showed anchor independent growth ability in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was higher than those in the other groups (P<0.05), Cell migrations (from 35.3%±3.2% to 70.3%±3%) in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was increasing compared with LASS2/TMSG1 wild group (P<0.01), and more cells passed through Matrigel in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group compared with LASS2/TMSG1 wild group (from 50±3.2 to 203±6.5, P<0.01), the apoptosis rate in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was obviously higher than that in LASS2/TMSG1 wild group (from 7% to 15.1%, P<0.05), and the G0/G1 ratio in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group was obviously higher than that in LASS2/TMSG1 wild group (from 51.0% to 85.4%). Furthermore, double immunofluorescent staining observed the colocalization between ATP6V0C and LASS2/TMSG1 protein and its mutations, the expression of ATP6V0C in LASS2/TMSG1 S248A group increased significantly compared with the other groups.@*CONCLUSION@#LASS2/TMSG1 S248A promotes proliferation, migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells through increasing ATP6V0C expression, suggesting that aa248-250 is an important function site for LASS2/TMSG1 in invasion suppression of prostate cancer cells.

RESUMEN

To collect the literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for multiple aorto-arteritis from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), establish prescriptions database after screening and normalizing the prescriptions reported in these literature, and analyze their medicinal rules by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system. A total of 126 prescriptions for multiple aorto-arteritis were screened, containing 212 kinds of Chinese herbs. 26 core herb combinations were obtained by analysis of the commonly used herbs and their use frequencies. The treatment for multiple aorto-arteritis was manly of tonifying qi to nourish blood, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, warming yang to dredge collaterals, and four new prescriptions were obtained. On this basis, two clinical cases were taken as the examples by analyzing the medicinal rules and the features of multiple aorto-arteritis. The first case showed that the herb combination of this study conformed to the basic core drug application mode and the core pathogenesis of multiple aorto-arteritis. The second case reflected the characteristics of the new prescriptions' herb combinations based on entropy hierarchical clustering. The practical analysis of the two clinical cases further indicated the reliability of the results. This study has certain guiding significance and reference value on new medicine research and development as well as clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment for multiple aorto-arteritis.

RESUMEN

<p><b>BACKGROUND</b>Accumulating evidence indicates a potential role of adventitial vasa vasorum (VV) dysfunction in the pathophysiology of restenosis. However, characterization of VV vascularization in restenotic arteries with primary lesions is still missing. In this study, we quantitatively evaluated the response of adventitial VV to vascular injury resulting from balloon angioplasty in diseased arteries.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Primary atherosclerotic-like lesions were induced by the placement of an absorbable thread surrounding the carotid artery of New Zealand rabbits. Four weeks following double-injury induced that was induced by secondary balloon dilation, three-dimensional patterns of adventitial VV were reconstructed; the number, density, and endothelial surface of VV were quantified using micro-computed tomography. Histology and immunohistochemistry were performed in order to examine the development of intimal hyperplasia.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Results from our study suggest that double injured arteries have a greater number of VV, increased luminal surface, and an elevation in the intima/media ratio (I/M), along with an accumulation of macrophages and smooth muscle cells in the intima, as compared to sham or single injury arteries. I/M and the number of VV were positively correlated (R2 = 0.82, P < 0.001).</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Extensive adventitial VV neovascularization occurs in injured arteries after balloon angioplasty, which is associated with intimal hyperplasia. Quantitative assessment of adventitial VV response may provide insight into the basic biological process of postangioplasty restenosis.</p>

RESUMEN

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic significance of serum bone sialoprotein (BSP) and prostate-specific antigen doubling time (PSADT) in patients with bone metastasis (BM) from prostate cancer (PC). A total of 116 patients with PC, 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 120 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. PC patients were divided into bone metastasis (BM) group (n=56) and non-bone metastasis (NBM) group (n=60). Serum BSP was detected by Sandwich ELISA. Severity of bone pain was evaluated using visual analogue score (VAS). Serum f-PSA and t-PSA levels were measured by using electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA). PSADT was calculated according to the formula: PSADT=lg(2)/[log(PSA2)-log(PSA1)]. The mean serum BSP level in PC patients with BM was significantly higher than in PC patients without BM, BPH patients and controls (P<0.001 for all). Pearson's analysis showed that serum BSP level was positively correlated with VAS in PC patients with BM (P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) analysis demonstrated that BSP discriminated patients with BM from those without BM at the cutoff value of 33.26 ng/mL. The sensitivity and specificity were 78.21% and 79.28%, respectively. The optimal cutoff value of PSADT was 131 days, with sensitivity of 85.69% and specificity of 85.36%. Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed that subjects with higher BSP levels/shorter PSADT had a shorter BM-free period than those with lower BSP levels/longer PSADT. Serum BSP and PSADT are useful biomarkers for the diagnosis of BM from PC, and can be regarded as independent factors for predicting the prognosis of BM from PC. Combined determination of BSP and PSADT can improve accuracy and positive rate of BM from PC significantly.

RESUMEN

<p><b>BACKGROUND</b>Retrocaval ureter is a rare congenital abnormality. Operative repair is always suggested in cases of significant functional obstruction. Laparoscopic procedures have been employed as the minimally invasive therapeutic option for retrocaval ureter. However, the laparoscopic techniques for retrocaval ureter might be technically challenging to some surgeons. The aim of this article was to present our experience and surgical techniques of pure transperitoneal laparoscopic pyelopyelostomy and ureteroureterostomy in nine patients with retrocaval ureter.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>A total of nine patients of retrocaval ureter underwent pure laparoscopic pyelopyelostomy or ureteroureterostomy. The operation was performed with the patients placed in the 70-degree lateral decubitus position via a three port transperitoneal approach with two 10-mm and one 5-mm ports. The distal part of the dilated renal pelvis was transected at the ureteropelvic junction and the ureter was relocated anterior to the inferior vena cava. The tension-free pyeloureteral or ureteroureteral anastomosis was completed with the intracorporal freehand suturing and in situ knot-tying techniques combined with interrupted and continuous fashion. A double J ureteral stent was inserted in an antegrade manner during laparoscopy. Intravenous urography or computerized tomography and renal ultrasonography were performed after 3 months postoperatively.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>All operations were completed laparoscopically, and no open conversion was required. The mean operative time was 135 minutes (range, 70 - 250 minutes), with minimal blood loss (less than 60 ml). No intra-operative complications or significant bleeding occurred. All patients presented mild postoperative pain and quick convalescence. The symptoms disappeared and hydronephrosis decreased substantially after surgery.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Pure transperitoneal laparoscopic correction for retrocaval ureter was associated with an excellent outcome, minimal invasiveness and short hospital stay. It is technically feasible and reliable for retrocaval ureter treatment. Laparoscopic surgery could be the standard treatment for retrocaval ureter.</p>

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on the activation of astrocytes and the expression of glia-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in the brain after traumatic brain injury (TBI).</p><p><b>METHODS</b>54 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 18): sham-operated, TBI and HBO treatment groups. TBI was induced with Feeney's method, bone window was opened without strike on the brain tissue in the sham-operated group. HBO group rats received HBO treatment for 60 min in the hyperbaric chamber containing O2 100% at 3 ATA. When neurological functions were measured 48 h after TBI, rats were decapitated, the brain water content of 18 rats was measured, 18 brains were sliced for the morphological observation after Nissl staining and for the immunohistochemistry staining of astrocyte markers glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), vimentin and S100, and the other 18 brains of injured side were used for Western blot analysis of GDNF and NGF.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>HBO treatment reduced the neurological deficit, brain water content and hippocampal neuronal loss. In the observed cortex and hippocampal area astrocytes were activated, the cell number of positive expression of astrocyte markers GFAP, vimentin and S100 was increased, and the expression of GDNF and NGF was elevated after TBI. However, these indices were all enhanced further after the HBO treatment.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>It is suggested that HBO may be an effective therapy for TBI and upregulation of the expression of GDNF and NGF may underly the effect of HBO.</p>

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore the effect of anticoagulant thrombolytic therapy on acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and the incidence and severity of post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS).</p><p><b>METHOD</b>A total of 111 patients (113 limbs) with central or mixed types of deep venous thrombosis admitted from March 2003 to November 2008 were analyzed. The patients were divided into 3 groups by different therapies: anticoagulant group (41 limbs), thrombolysis group (27 limbs), and catheter-directed thrombolysis group (45 limbs). In the follow-up, patients' swelling of lower extremity and recanalization of vein were found out by physical examination and venous ultrasound Duplex through following-up. The Villalta and VCSS marking scales were used in rating the incidence and severity of PTS, discussing treatments for acute phase as well as adjuvant treatment for chronic phase and the correlation between the incidence and severity of PTS.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The average time of follow-up were (41 ± 19) months in anticoagulant group, (52 ± 11) months in thrombolysis group, and (26 ± 10) months in catheter-directed thrombolysis group. According to the consequences from Villalta and VCSS rating scales, the incidences of PTS in the three groups were 58.5% (24/41), 55.6% (15/27), and 35.6% (16/45), in which 20.8% (5/24), 3/15, and 1/16 were severe. The the catheter-directed thrombolysis group had a better consequence than the other two groups in reducing incidence and severity of PTS (P < 0.05). The differences of circumferences of lower extremities of all patients had obvious improvement compared to that before the treatments. For patients who were treated by catheter-directed thrombolysis, the thigh circumference difference and calf circumference difference were (0.5 ± 1.0) cm and (0.7 ± 1.0) cm, which were more obvious compared to other two groups (P < 0.05). Most patients had their external-iliac and common-femoral veins recanalized. Using anticoagulant pharmaceuticals and compression stockings can lead to a reduction in the incidence of PTS.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>The incidences and symptoms of PTS and swelling of limbs can be significantly moderated by catheter-directed thrombolysis based on anticoagulating in the acute phase of DVT. Consequently, it would be the most efficient way in decreasing the occurrences of PTS and moderating the severities of PTS with the aids of regular anticoagulating and compression stockings.</p>

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the methods and techniques of surgical treatment of lipomyelomeningocele in children.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>From January 2004 to March 2007, twenty-five children aged from 2 months to 6 years with lipomyelomeningocele were operated on. Magnetic resonance imaging and electromyogram had been conducted to all the patients. The operation was composed of subtotal excision of lipomas, suture of spinal pia mater and resection of terminal filum. The results of treatment were evaluated by Hoffman's functional grading scheme for lipomyelomeningocele.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>After operation, all the patients recovered and were released from hospital. No complications, including cerebrospinal fluid leakage and infection occurred. During the follow-up of 1 - 4 years, 18 asymptomatic patients' neurological function were normal and there was no deterioration, 7 symptomatic patients improved. Among the 7 patients, 4 patients had higher function grades compared with their preoperative assessments, and the other stayed in the same grades but with symptoms improved. Magnetic resonance imaging showed no tethered cord in all the patients postoperatively.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>For lipomyelomeningocele, early operation should be performed to prevent the development of neurological defect. It is safe and effective to adopt subtotal excision of lipomas, suture of spinal pia mater, and resection of terminal filum.</p>

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To observe the therapeutic time window of L-serine against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats, and related mechanisms.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups (n=6), sham-operation group, vehicle group, 3, 6, 12 and 24 h treatment group of L-serine. Focal cerebral ischemia was induced with the method of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats, and reperfusion was emerged by removing the thread 2 h later. The treatment of L-serine (200 mg/kg ip) was begun at 3, 6, 12 and 24 h after MCAO respectively, and subsequently repeated once 12 h. The vehicle group was intraperitoneally injected with isodose normal saline. The neurological behavior score and cerebral infarction volume was measured 48 h after reperfusion. In addition, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), activity of superoxide dismetase (SOD), the levels of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-6) and ultrastructure of neuron in brain tissue were investigated.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Compared with the vehicle group, treatments with L-serine both 3 and 6 h after MCAO decreased the neurology deficit score and infarct volume. Only neurology deficit score had been reduced 12 h after MCAO, while no neuropmrotective effects had been observed during 24 h. Furthermore, L-serine elevated the content of SOD, decreased the level of MDA, TNF-alpha and IL-6 in ischemic brain tissue, and alleviated the injury of the neuronal ultrastructure.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>L-serine exerted a time-dependent neuroprotective effect on the brain after MCAO in rat. This effect might be possibly mediated through following mechanisms: lessening oxidative stress and reducing the release of inflammatory cytokines.</p>

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the diagnosis, and the treatment methods and techniques of cervical myelomeningocele. Methods Nine patients with cervical myelomeningocele, including 5boys and 4 girls, were chosen and received treatment from January 2001 to December 2006. Their ages ranged from 9 d to 5 y. All patients underwent neurological and radiological examinations. One of the 9patients had mild unilateral arm weakness and the others had neurological intact. Of these 9 patients, 4had other associated neurological or orthopedic abnormalities, including mild ventriculomegaly in 2,cervical diastematomyelia in 1 and sacral spina bifida occulta in 1. Surgical excision of the sac and intradural exploration of the sac were performed to release any potential adhesion bands. Results No complications, including cerebrospinal fluid leakage or infection were found after operation. During the follow-up of 1-7y (mean 3.9 y), no cases suffered from any aggravation of the nervous symptoms. Nopatients with neurological intact had a noted neurologic deficit. One patient with left arm weakness got improvement following surgery and 2 with mild ventriculomegaly had normal cerebral ventricle. Conclusion Cervical myelomeningocele with clinical characteristics is a less common congenital spinal anomaly. MRI can identify the internal structures and associated anomalies. The management strategies of cervical myelomeningocele are early surgical treatment with standard microneurosurgicaltechniques to prevent the development of neurological defect. It is a safe and effective method to select and adopt surgery excision of lesions with intradural exploration of the sac to release any potential adhesion bands.

RESUMEN

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To review the follow-up results of the crural artery bypass.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Sixty-five limbs in 64 patients with long stenosis or occlusion in femoral artery and popliteal artery were performed 65 times femoral-crural artery bypass surgery or femoral-popliteal-crural bypass surgery during April 2001 to July 2007. The ankle-brachial index before bypass surgery was 0.35 +/- 0.20 in anterior tibial artery and 0.38 +/- 0.21 in posterior tibial artery. Critical limb ischemia was 93.8%.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The ankle-brachial index after bypass surgery was 0.84 +/- 0.26 in anterior tibial artery and 0.83 +/- 0.22 in posterior tibial artery. The perioperative mortality rate was 1.6%, the perioperative amputation rate was 1.5%. Fifty-four patients 54 limbs were followed up. The average follow-up time was (24.1 +/- 16.6) months. The follow-up limb salvage rate was 85.2%. The follow-up mortality rate was 25.9%. Critical limb ischemia decreased as 13.0%. The follow-up ankle-brachial index was difference with before and after bypass surgery as 0.66 +/- 0.26 in anterior tibial artery and 0.64 +/- 0.25 in posterior tibial artery. It was no difference in cumulative limb salvage rate, cumulative primary and secondary patency rate by comparing autogenous vein with composite vascular as graft and comparing femoral-crural artery bypass surgery with femoral-popliteal-crural bypass surgery as surgical method.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>When the patients are failed in endovascular intervention or have long stenosis or occlusion in femoral artery and popliteal artery to face to amputation, the crural artery bypass is a feasible method. It's helpful to improve the secondary patency rate and limb salvage rate by enhancing the follow-up after operation and early intervention.</p>
