RESUMEN
This report is on that phase of the overall project which demonstrates two of the different methods now being explored that show promise in bringing the immediate effects of work-stress into the conciousness of patients; they are electronic pressure-sensitive transducers and pressure-sensitive microcapsules. Each of the pressure-sensitive systems has individual merits but when the two for pain, and alert the patient to the dangers of excessive work-stress to a specific insensitive hand can be approached in one of three ways:through re-education in methods of using the hands, adaptation of those environmental factors shown to cause trauma, or design of a protective, well padded glove to guard against injuries
