RESUMEN

Objective Due to the increasing number but unknown quality of the existing systematic reviews meta-analyses(SRs/MAs)of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF),this overview aimed to systematically evaluate and synthesize these SRs/MAs.Methods SRs/MAs were searched via 8 databases from inception to February 22,2022.AMSTAR 2,PRISMA and GRADE evaluation tools were used to evaluate the quality of reports, methodologies and evidence included in MAs/SRs.All analyses were performed with radar plots. Results 16 SRs/MAs were included. The main outcome index was the degree of fatigue. The results of 12 articles showed that acupuncture could effectively alleviate CRF.According to AMSTAR-2,4 SRs/MAs were considered being of high quality,10 medium quality and 2 low quality. There are 12 articles with PRISMA score of 16-24 and 4 articles with PRISMA score of 15-20.5,which mainly have defects in protocol registration and inter study bias.Amstar 2 evaluation includes 4 high-quality studies, studies.Grade rating shows that the evidence quality of acupuncture treatment of CRF is mostly medium, and the main factor of degradation is inaccuracy. Conclusions At present, the SRS/MAS report of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CRF is complete, and the quality of methodology and evidence is medium. It is suggested that SRS/MAS improve the program registration and funding source description in the future to enhance the assessment of the risk of inter study bias.

RESUMEN

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is believed to be one of the major diseases with myocardial ischemia (MI) as basic pathological change. The clinical trials and experimental researches in the last 15 years were analyzed in this paper, and it was found that purinergic signaling could transduce the selective expression of molecular adenosine receptors A, A, A, Ain cardiovascular system, which had the potential to be a novel target for treating cardiovascular disease. Using purinergic receptors to explore the actions of acupuncture for myocardial ischemia provides new perspectives to elucidate the mechanism of acupuncture for MI.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo analyze the effects of acupuncture on the level of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) in adrenal gland and the content of corticosterone (CORT) in plasma in rats withchronic emotional stress anxiety, and to explore the partial action mechanism of acupuncture on anxiety disorder.

METHODSThirty-two healthy Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, after 7 days of feeding and domestication, were randomly divided into a blank group (10 rats), a model group (11 rats) and an acupuncture group (11 rats). The rats inthe model group and acupuncture group were treated with unpredictable chronic emotional stress (CES) method toestablish the model of anxiety. Rats in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture at "Neiguan" (PC 6)and "Shenmen" (HT 7), once every other day, 30 minutes each time. The model establishment and treatment lasted 15 days. Rats in the blank group were treated with identical immobilization but no treatment was given. Theelevated plus maze was used to test the behavioral changes of rats with anxiety; the level of CORT in plasma wasdetected by ELISA, and the expression level of CNP and ANP in adrenal cortex and medulla was detected by immunohistochemical method.

RESULTS(1) The percentage of open-arms time in total time (OT%) in elevated plus maze in the model group was significantly lower than that in the blank group (P<0. 05); the OT% in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01). (2) The content of CORT in plasma in the model group was higher than that in the blank group (P<0. 05), while that in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P<0. 05). (3) The expression of ANP in adrenal medulla and cortex in the model group was lower than that in the blank group (P<0. 01), while the expression of CNP in adrenal medulla and cortex in the model group was higher than that in the blank group (P<0. 01).

CONCLUSIONThe effects of acupuncture against anxiety are likely to be related to the regulation on the expression of ANP and CNP in adrenal medulla, affecting the release of CORT and inhibition on the activity !f hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA axis).

RESUMEN

Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental disorders and seriously impairs the physical and mental health of patients. Due to the efficacy of acupuncture for tranquilization, acupuncture displays its unique advantage on the treatment of anxiety disorder, but the relevant biological mechanism has not been elaborated. The modern medicine study has proved that the heart and brain have their own independent natriuretic peptide (NP) system. The dysfunction of ANP and its receptor are closely related to the occurrence of anxiety disorder. The ANP acts on anti-anxiety. Hence, focusing on the three aspects, named the anti-anxiety effect of acupuncture based on its tranquilizing effect, the anti-anxiety effect of ANP and the positive regulation of acupuncture on NP, the mechanism on ANP and its receptor was explored in anti-anxiety with acupuncture based on tranquilizing effect, and the idea was put forward on that the anti-anxiety effect of acupuncture was possibly based on its action of tranquilization through regulating the ANP and its receptor. As a result, it is expected to provide the theoretic support for the mechanism study on anti-anxiety with acupuncture based on its tranquilizing effect.
