RESUMEN

Objective@#To understand the impact of social media usage on the human papilloma virus(HPV) vaccination willingness among college students in Xinjiang, so as to provide a theoretical basis for early prevention of HPVrelated diseases and preventive education.@*Methods@#From March to April 2022, a total of 834 college students were selected from three universities including Xinjiang Agricultural University, Xinjiang Normal University and Xinjiang Medical University by stratified cluster random sampling method for online and offline surveys. The demographic characteristics, social media usage, risk perception, HPV vaccination willingness were obtained through questionnaires, and the Logistic regression analysis method was used to explore the role of HPV vaccine risk perception between social media use and HPV vaccination willingness of college students.@*Results@#Associations were found between social media use (contact intensity, satisfaction, trust), risk perception (risk perception disorder, risk perception benefit) and HPV vaccination willingness among college students (r=0.37, 0.34, 0.35; 0.25, 0.31, P<0.05). Risk perception benefit had an intermediary effect between social media contact intensity, social media satisfaction, social media trust and HPV vaccination willingness, and the intermediary effects were 0.03 (95%CI=0. 01-0.06), 0.04(95%CI=0.02-0.07), 0.04(95%CI=0.01-0.06),and the proportions of intermediary effect were 18.00%, 26.35%, 23.00%, respectively.Risk perception disorder had an intermediary effect between social media satisfaction and HPV vaccination willingness [0.02 (95%CI=0.00-0.04)], and the intermediary effect accounts for 11.36%.@*Conclusions@#Risk perception benefit is the most important related factors of HPV vaccine willingness, which plays an intermediary effect between social media usage and the willingness to HPV vaccination. HPV publicity and education should be strengthened on social media platforms to promote HPVrelated knowledge and awareness of active prevention of HPV infection among college students.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and mechanism of Shuxuetong and its main component hirudin on the apoptosis of cerebellar granule neurons (CGNs) in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats. MethodsCGNs incubated in vitro for 7 days were divided into survival control group or 25 K group (cultured in medium containing 25 mmol/L KCL) and apoptosis group or 5 K group (cultured in medium containing 5 mmol/L KCL). CGNs were separately treated with proportionally diluted and different concentrations of Shuxuetong (1/50, 1/40, 1/30, 1/20 and 1/10) and the corresponding different concentrations of hirudin (2, 2.5, 3.34, 5 and 10 U / mL). Hoechst staining was performed to analyze the apoptosis. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of Cleaved Caspase-3, Bim and VEGF. ResultsHoechst staining showed that 5 K group had a higher apoptosis rate than 25 K group. In 25 K group, there was no significant change in the apoptosis rate between neurons treated with different concentrations of Shuxuetong and hirudin, but significant changes was found in 5 K group and the higher the concentration, the lower the apoptosis rate. Western blot results revealed that, compared with control neurons in 5 K group, Shuxuetong injection and hirudin treatments resulted in a decrease of Cleaved Caspase-3 and Bim expression, but an increase of VEGF protein. ConclusionsShuxuetong and its main component hirudin inhibits the apoptosis of CGNs through suppressing proapoptotic BH3-only protein Bim.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: Pulmonary aspergillosis, which is a secondary complication of fungal pneumonia, is widely considered to have an increasing incidence and high mortality. Itraconazole (Itz) can inhibit ergosterol biosynthesis to treat pulmonary aspergillosis. Nevereless, Itz's clinical application is limited because of its poor water solubility, low oral bioavailability, and systemic hepatotoxicity. In this study, Itz-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (Itz-NLCs) were developed to improve the in vitro permeability and bioavailability of Itz via pulmonary administration. METHODS: Itz-NLCs were prepared by the emulsification-evaporation method using oleic acid and glycerol monostearate as liquid and solid lipids, respectively. RESULTS: The Itz-NLCs were optimized with tiny particle size, uniform distribution, and excellent entrapment efficiency (EE, 97.57% ± 0.45%). A Xenopus alveolar membrane was used in the permeation study, and the cumulative permeation percentage of Itz was 10% for Itz-NLCs at 8 h, which was 2.50-fold higher than that for Itz suspensions (4%, p < .001). A rabbit pharmacokinetic investigation revealed that Itz-NLCs have an 83.05% absolute bioavailability after intratracheal instillation. CONCLUSIONS: The purpose of Itz-NLCs is to enhance the bioavailability and permeability of Itz in vitro for administration via the lungs.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of free deep femoral artery third perforating flap repaired soft tissue loss after Pilon fracture surgery in I stage. Methods:Fifteen patients were treated from April, 2013 to January, 2020. Miller AO classification: 8 cases 43-C1, 4 cases 43-C2 and 3 cases 43-C3. All cases were accompanied with severe soft tissue contusion and skin necrosis. After fracture reduction, soft tissue defects, internal fixation exposure and tendon exposure around the wound. Free deep femoral artery third perforating flap (3.5 cm ×15.5 cm to 5.5 cm×12.5 cm) for the repair of soft tissue defects around ankle in the I stage, the blood vessels of the flap were end-to-side anastomosed with vessels of the posterior tibial or anterior tibial. Regular follow-up after surgery. Results:One case of venous crisis occurred, other 14 cases survived, were followed-up from 5 to 18 months, the ankle joint function was good, did not affect the foot shoes, with excellent color and texture, the flap restored protective sensation, and leaving only linear scar, no muscle adhesion. Conclusion:Free deep femoral artery third perforating flap repaired soft tissue loss of surgical incision after fracture operated than significantly reduce the postoperative fracture infection and protect the blood supply around the fracture. It is an effective method of repair.
