RESUMEN

The article presents the results of study of the impact of gen polymorphism of subunits of receptors of thrombocytes GP Ilb/IIIa on variation of quantitative, functional and morphometric parameters of thrombocytes in 408 puerperae. The heterozygous variant of mutation was established in women with physiologically progress of pregnancy and delivery and in women with clinical manifestations of thrombophilia. The homozygous variant was established only in women with thrombophilia. The relationship is established between the presence of hetero- and homozygous mutations of gen of subunits of receptors of thrombocytes GP IIb/IIIa and inclination to hypercoagulation. This relationship manifests itself in increasing of degree of thrombocytes aggregation with all inductors and as well as in increasing of functional activity and appearance of young active cells, according morphometric analysis data. The application of computer morphometry of thrombocytes in the study made it possible to ascertain the activization of thrombocyte component of hemostasis in healthy women and availability of heterozygous mutation of gen of subunits of receptors of thrombocytes GP IIb/IIIa (PlA1/PlA2).

RESUMEN

We compared the efficacy of a routine sulphosalycilic acid method and a new technique of pirogallolic red staining for urine protein assay in children with metabolic nephropathy, crystal-calcium crystaluria. The former method was found ineffective in proteinuria diagnosis in children with metabolic nephropathy. The pirogallolic method appeared more effective as it detects microproteinuria and therefore allows accurate diagnosis, control of its treatment and finally to improve the results of therapeutic and prophylactic measures.

RESUMEN

The following phenomena are observed in patients with late vascular complications of diabetes mellitus (DM): the smoking habit alters the quantitative and morpho-functional characteristics of the erythron cells; it inhibits the lipid peroxidation processes in the erythrocytes membranes and aggravates the clinical course of endotoxicosis, which has a pathological impact on the rheological blood properties and worsens the tissues' hypoxia. A correlation was found between the pronouncement degree of anemic syndrome in diabetic angiopathies, on the one hand, and smoking, on the other hand. Smoking was found in patients with diabetic angiopathies to be a factor enhancing the metabolic stress, early signs of vascular complications and a risk of developing the anemic syndrome.

RESUMEN

Anemic syndrome rate in diabetic angiopathy reaching 1/3 in elderly patients, frequency increases after 70 years. The anemic syndrome rate in patients older 60 years suffering from the diabetes mellitus of the 1 type, complicated by "diabetic foot" syndrome and in cases with duration of the disease more than 10 years is elevated. In diabetic angiopathy anemia can be normo- or hypochromic or followed by aniso- or poykilocytosis. Among the causes of anemia in patients with diabetic angiopathies the important place is occupied by mediated by oxidative stress, endotoxicosis and protein glycation prolong hyperglycemia effect on the morphofunctional properties of the red blood cells.
